The hotel itself can be found at the end of a single lane backroad which can easily reached by car or taxi. The staff is friendly and the dining options are good and not overpriced. The entire property is relaxing and comfortable. The layout is lovely. On second look some details and maintenance are dated. One thing that bothered us were the less than cozy lighting options in the room at night. Basically full ceiling lights or two night table lamps that had mismatching light temperatures (warm white and daylight). The stylish bathroom came also with bright daylight lighting. (Good or bad depends on your preference) The torches or gas fireplaces were not in use but would have been nice at night. The breakfast experience was not on par with other high and spa hotels we have visited but not bad either. Overall I think it has been a pleasant one night stay. My expectations were perhaps a little too high which is no fault of the hotel.

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is it !!! It is on a mountain top with beautiful scenery of the valleys in Pereira. There are plants and birds all around for the nature lovers, also there is a trail to explore the surroundings. It is very quiet, clean and the staff is super friendly. I can't wait to go back in May.

I think this was one of the most enjoyable weekend stays I have ever had. First, the staff is fantastic. They aren´t just polite, they act like they really enjoy their jobs and look forward to being of service. They were all amazing. Next, the grounds in certain places were a little rustic because they are doing construction at this moment, but inside the room it was a different story. The room was large, the bed comfortable, great linens, and everything clean and in good repair. Because of a new road that opened recently, this location is about 15-20 minutes from the airport, and the resort provided personalized transport to and from, which was very helpful and saved a bit of money. They also have pools, jacuzzis, a turkish bath, a sauna, massages, and a nice restaurant area. I could go on and on but am limited for space here. If you like nature, need a getaway that is away from the city yet close enough to be convenient, is luxurious and tranquil, I suggest this place. I will be returning here.

What a wonderful place. It is very remote, and sometimes hard to get to. If you are using a GPS, use Waze and not Google maps. Everything about the place was top notch.

The staff was out of this world. The rooms very nice and views amazing. Getting there is challenging but once there it is Paradise.

Staffs were amazing and friendly. The view was great. The drive up the mountain was a bit rough but it seems like an off-road driving is normal in this region of Colombia

Excellent hotel, with an amazing view of the mountains from our room. The food from the restaurant is deliciously diverse. Santiago and the staff, helped make our stay memorable, including a tour to the cocora valley. Highly recommended!

Just make sure that you understand that you are going to a rural hotel with very little around you except nature and jungle.The resort itself needs work. There are places that have water damage and the insects are everywhere. This is to be expected in the jungle, but they do not seem to make a regular effort to clean the cobwebs and insects from the rooms between guests. Other areas of the property could be cleaned up and repaired as well.Overall, the location makes this worth it if you are looking for a couple of days of solitude and relaxation.

The place is well kept, has beautiful views and great amenities (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, terraces, etc); the hotel has a walking trail up the mountain that is worth it! While a smaller car I rented worked be aware that a share of the roads going to the hotel are rural roads. While the food at the hotel is delicious you will need to be patient because they are slow delivering.I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Very relaxing & full a gorgeous nature.

This place is amazing and an enxellent choice to rest and recharge with your significant other. The staff service is very high class, food is great, and there are lots of things to do.

Amazing. There are no words to describe this property. Room - cozy, clean, spacious. Amazing view of mountains and fincas, lots of birds and some wild horses. Waking up to the nature sounds is amazing. Food is great and reasonably priced. Staff and service are beyond imagination - special thanks to Jenny and Alejandro. Great location for trips to hot springs and coffee area. SPA facilities are great as well. Would definitely recommend and return.
