The resort is so well designed and appreciated the design concept of a university campus. There was plenty to do at the resort such as free activities like massage lessons and bike tours. There are three different pools and the beach attached to the resort is well kept for Phu Quoc with staff constantly picking up rubbish. Big shoutout to Jace who guided us on the bike tour and to the ladies at the spa.

This place is incredible. The epitome of a 5 star experience. The location is amazing, the staff was amazing and accommodating, and the details and theme’ing of such a large resort was endlessly impressive. The breakfast buffet alone was worth it. All I needed was a beach vball court and I probably couldn’t leave. Special thanks to Alice (Uyen), Lee Bui, Diem, and the concierge desk (booking help) whom all went out of their way to make my stay memorable.

Amazing stay. Beautiful property. Staff trying their best to accommodate every request. Beautiful beau, white-ish sand. Quite warm sea. Very clean. Lots of people cleaning the site thoroughly all day Be aware though that given the sunrise facing side of the resort, and the fact that there are a lot of trees, you might not get as much sun as one expects. Not an issue, always a way to find a sunny spot thought. Extremely powerful WiFi throughout the whole site. Improvement area: Breakfast. Cold cuts and cheeses are outside of the fridge, which is a big health issue (I got a food poisoning: Smoked salmon). Also: they could refill the items in the breakfast more often. Quite a few items are missing regularly. Overall good breakfast but could be so much better.

I cannot express how amazing our stay was especially the service that was provided. From the minute we booked to even after we checked out, they have taken care of me and my friend. They treated us like VIP guests! Everyone knew who we were, knew my friend was vegetarian, knew what we wanted to do etc. I travel a lot around the world and stay in high end hotels but this is definitely in the top. Highly recommend

The Management Team and the staff are very courteous, trying very hard to ensure our comfort and that we are happy. The efforts are very well appreciated. The Management is also trying very hard to keep the condition of the property, and under the harsh tropical, rainy and with the close proximity to the sea, it is not an easy task; but the Team had done exceptionally well. To us, entering the property seems more like walking into Disneyland than a tropical resort. On the shortfall, the temperature of the water heater can turn up a bit. The hot water in both my room (1002) and in the spa was not very high, even when I tried to turn to “all” hot water, it was not hot enough. Also, the electricity was a bit unstable, with 2-3 short shortages a night. The aircon will be be stopped and was a nuisance in the middle of the night.

Beautiful resort with emerald beach, spacious and elegant room. Buffet has good variety but taste is only ok.

We had a great night. All staffs are so friendly and nice. Beach & pool are all beautiful and room condition was awesome. My room had a great ocean view. I really want to come back :) there was one to improve, bad smell on bed covers. So we used only 2 phillows , the other 2 we didnt use. Hope it gets better.

Amazing resort, excellent service, great facilities and wonderful restaurants. We had a really nice time from the moment we entered the resort. Very attentive staff, great restaurants and a very nice atmosphere. The american university/french colonial style theme is funny but also a strange clash of styles. It gives the resort a funny vibe and overall works well. The cocktail bar (Department of Chemistry) is wonderful, food there is really great and the staff is amazing! Do try out the different cocktails, they are all good. We had dinner one night at the "finer" restaurant (The Pink Pearl), which was a great experience. Beautiful and creative dishes and great staff as well - definitely worth a visit. All in all it was a great experience, and we hope to be back.

Nice white beach and free water sports equipment. Service overall are efficient however hotel itself may need some maintenance.

The hotel has a very cool, quirky, and unique design concept. Check-in was smooth and easy with friendly staff welcoming us in despite the obvious that they were extremely busy with a full lobby checking in. The room...wow, wow, wow! Stunning layout with immense balcony with incredible sea view. Bed super comfortable too! The only fault in the room was the shocking lack of hooks...including in the bathroom - not a hook anywhere in sight. We had to get creative on where we wanted to hang our towels and other items. One other thing is noise, at night we could hear our neighbors...first night someone left their TV blasting all night, second night someone had a party which promoted me to call at 2am to complain. The rest of the stay was quieter. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had! Beach is clean, water is clear and pools are great, though a bit chilly. We enjoyed some of the activities and recommend the jog, bike ride and darts...skip the bar drink making. If we had more time definitely would have done more. The activity staff are awesome! Hit the gym, it’s modern and wonderful...plus burn off that breakfast. Actually speaking of the bar, this was the one place where service fell short and wait times were excessive. We actually decided to not return after two negative experiences at the bar. Now despite some minor things, put this hotel on your must stay list!! It was incredible and just writing about it makes me smile!!

Pink Pearl French Restaurant offers best quality food and service. Also Have nice tour guide of the wine cellar .

The hotel is a beautiful campus.It makes you feel like you are in Hogwarts. Service is top notch and every corner is an insta opportunity. Definitely worth another visit.

This hotel had great reviews about its decor however i found it a bit dated behind the theme design. Poor air conditioning. Average food. The pink pearl truly overpriced and food average. However the service and staff were impeccable.

Far way location... if hotel can provide shuttle bus that will be more attractive and convenient
