Very good customer service. Location is great, room is upgraded. Breakfast is wonderfull as there are lot of varieties of food.

Just need to check the time and book with reception early. 3mins walk to 7-11. 5mins walk to massages street. 15mins walk to BTS station. 15mins walk to platinum mall. They give me corner room is very big. Overall, it's a good stay.

The staff were really helpful and sorted out taxis and transfers very efficiently.

I like how they have tuk tuk available 24 hours for free of charge.

The lobby is nicely deco with stand up for photo taking

kind people and good breakfast. the room is clear and quiet. the taxi calling service is convenient but a little expensive, maybe they take into account the traffic jam. The fee charged by meter from Klub to BKK airport is around THB 300-400 if there is no traffic jam.

My second time booking. Room still maintain clean and comfortable.

New hotel. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast is tasty. Room big. With free shuttle service for nearby area. Will come back again.

Hotel is located near Pratunam, night market and shopping malls are within walking distance. It's away from main street so it's not very noisy at night. The road in from main street is well lit so no need to worry. Room is clean as shown in the pictures. Will probably stay here again the next time as it is value for money.

Overall, the hotel meets the expectations of a clean and simple boutique hotel and the breakfast was nice.The experience would have been better if the tut tut pickup service back to hotel can be made more convenient.

Hotel’s clean and located at a quiet lane near Pratunam and within walking distance to Platinum Mall (via overhead bridge for crossing busy main road) and surrounding are. Breakfast is sumptuous with western and local cuisines. The quadruple room’s comfortable with lighting and plug points well thought of even for the top of the bunk beds. Nearest BTS for us was Ratchathewi which is about 15 mins by foot. We uber-ed to airport easily (allow for additional time as traffic might be unpredictable for driver to reach you). Hotel’s policy is that they could only order specific company/taxi which cost almost 3 times more.

We had a quadruple room which was very spacious and clean. Other than the occasion squeaks, beds were comfortable. Location isn’t exactly good, but hotel provides shuttle services which is helpful.

This hotel stay was recommended by a friend though. 1.KLUB Hotel is located at the back of Pratunam area, some driver may find it difficult to locate. 2. Service is average which needs to be improved further. We asked for a late check out of an hour but they declined and wanted us to pay 1000 thb for late checkout. 3. We chose the suite room with bathtub - the room is small and the bed is really uncomfortable that caused us having a backache. 4. This hotel does not come with gym and swimming pool facilities. 5. Breakfast is average and the variety is limited and mostly the same during our 4 days stay. Will not highly recommend this hotel as there are a few better hotels nearby too. I will not choose Klub hotel again if I am in BKK, It is best to do own research before booking.

We got a corner room thus it was a lot larger than expected. Great location with a 24h Buggy service. Perfect for a getaway.

The hotel is not on the main street, but they do have a tuk-tuk service that would take you to the nearest main street. They also have another shuttle service which can take you to Siam, the nearest BTS station, etc (but it's by schedule).

Hotel room is ok,but the reception service of noon swift very bad, when i check in the guy is black face all the time, luckily midnight time service reception is all change to other , their service is ok, night time bell boy was helpful and polite. day time reception and bell boy service was very bad attitude, my stay is around july 12 for 4 day.

Staff were friendly & helpful and the hotel was modern and funky, it had a nice relaxed feeling. Tuk Tuk free drop off local was fun and handy Everywhere was clean and the a/c in the room was like the artic circle best ever. Would definitely use again on my next visit a nice base after some hot tiring shopping. Well done Klub.

the stay was amazing, excellent customer service and always greeted by the hotel staff when we leave or come back to the hotel. Just that the pillow is abit too soft and not enough pillows in the room. Wifi was a bit weak. Goes on and off occasionally

Overall experience was good! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely big if you choose a double bed. Location is at pratunam, in an alley but free tuk tuk service to main road and shuttle services to main Malls at certain timing.
