Hotel is just on the edge of Hoi an. Although does have a good bus service into town and an bang beach. Hotel beautiful. Rooms accumulated and tidy. Food beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded due to my birthday

WOW WOW WOW!
What a hotel, a beautiful oasis on the edge of Hoi An old town. We arrived to Sang’s welcome greetings and to be upgraded as they knew a big birthday was coming up.. the room really was something special, French decor and great eye to details, I think the top suite in the hotel and the views to the sunset and paddy fields impress. The highlight was Sang Nguyen, from recommendation to even spotting my heat rash and giving a local remedy!

Beautiful relaxing hotel with spacious rooms, several pools, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, excellent spa. Enjoyed happy hour at pool bar meeting other travelers. Great location for easy taxi to shopping/restaurants (or walk). Several tours pick up right from hotel. Flexible & reasonable spa appointments. Would definitely return if in area again.

We stayed at la siesta for 6 nights. The staff are wonderful with a smile on their face and a warm welcome every day. We had several small issues that affected our stay and even though you are constantly asked for feedback on each part of the resort when negative feedback was given the reaction was taken personally. . I feel feedback should not be addressed with your guests at the time it is given. It should be reflected upon later and addressed without making the guests feel uncomfortable and guilty for genuine feedback.

I liked the location of the property, on the edge of the town. Nice rural farms and rice fields that boarder the hotel grounds. Very peaceful and pleasant setting, yet close enough to the heart of Hoi An. Your hotel staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. You have an excellent operation going for you.

The property was clean and well maintain and the staff was extremely friendly and willing to accommodate any request to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pools were great for relaxation and the spa and treatments were first class and coming from the US, very reasonable as well. The entire staff was great and Hawg who helped us check-in and show us the property assisted us during our entire stay. We would stay here again and also recommend to anyone who is looking for a great resort that is in a great location in Hoi An where you can walk or take other transportation a short distance to many attractions.

Located within a 15 minute walk to the night market, stores, laundry service across the street, the hotel itself has multiple pools, beautiful spa, the staff were very kind and accommodating, the restaurant has a great bbq buffet on Saturdays

I think this is the best hotel to relax and swim in nature.
After visiting last October, I came back to this hotel because of the spa. I think La Spa is the best in Vietnam.
And all hotel staff are friendly and quick to respond. Especially Vivi is the best!!
She is also good at English and Korean. She always had a cheerful face and was very attentive during our stay.
She did her best to help us with everything, including our bedding, food, cleaning, and restaurant information.
