Hotel is by the river with good views. It located 7 minutes walking to the ancient town. Lot of restaurants and cafe nearby.
Loi was helpful and friendly, he assisted me to purchase tickets for Hoi an memories show and bus to Ðông Hới. I truly recommend his place.

Fantastic small hotel with super attentive staff. Beautiful big rooms and great breakfast. Annie was so helpful with any tour and had great tips. 10 minute easy walk to old town along the river so the area was nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

Good size room. Good view near the river. Good walking distance to ancient town and night markets. Pool is very clean. Breakfast is decent. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk receptionist Hien. She was very nice and remembered our names. She is very knowledgeable and gave our team great recommendations. She made our stay memorable!

Lovely small hotel just far enough away from the busy old town but easily walkable with many dining options close by. Great friendly staff and nice pool overlooking river. Most rooms have river view so you can see the boats and lanterns all lit up at night.

Hien was an absolute gem to meet. She is so positive and upbeat and shared a bunch of recommendations that my children would probably enjoy and how to save some money doing them. We shared stories about her son and my boys and really just enjoyed her company. The hotel itself was in a great location facing the river. It is a small hotel and maybe better suited for couples and solo travelers because the hotel itself was very quiet and any kid sounds my boys made required quick attention. The pool was well taken care of and so refreshing in the hot afternoons too! Would I come back here? Absolutely! I would just leave my kids at home! Hien has 10/10 customer service!

The best hotel we have stayed in while visiting Vietnam. Nothing was a hassle for the staff, the hotel is clean and well maintained. Close distance to walk to markets, restaurants and pubs. Pool was clean with area well maintained. Breakfast is cooked to order. Thanks for the awesome time, we will sure to be back.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious with great air conditioning. Shower was decent with no issues with hot water. No issues with noise. Found the bed to be a little hard for our taste. We had a room on the second floor. Breakfast was small but very good. Staff are great. So friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

We had the chance to meet Hien, who did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a big hotel with 200 rooms and you can clearly see the difference. I would really recommend this place if you are looking for a conveninent and amazing location. I would come back without a doubt if I'm in the area again.

Beautiful setting for this hotel, right on the riverside, and within walking distance of the old town. Hien made us feel so welcome and gave us tips on shops to visit and activities to do while in Hoi An. She even hand wrote a list of information for us to keep and looked after us like a mother for the whole of our stay.

This was a great experience for me. The hotel is small...I think 11 rooms...and it sits right on the river with a walking path (paved) along the river that leads to the old market in Hoi An. The staff...well, I would marry them if I could. They were such a delight and were so helpful to me in finding restaraunts, optometrist, and motorcycle rental at a moments notice. Free breakfast every morning, which was always followed by me sitting in the outdoor eating area and watching the boats going by. And the most touching part...when it was time for me to go to the airport, my ride showed up and the staff followed me out to the car and said goodbye.

Fantastic nice place and good location. The staff are super nice and do everything to please the guests and helps to plan sightseeing tours. We will definitely come again. You can rent bicycles and the location is nearby rice fields and basket boats.

Very lovely hotel within walking distance to the old town. You can either walk along the river or through the town.
Room is large and clean. As per the photos, the shower / toilet are separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass which might be off putting for some.
Breakfast option and dining room are great. It includes a small buffet as well as made to order eggs, pancakes. The lady at the reception is very savvy about everything in Hoi An. Lovely to relax by the pool.
Definitely recommend this boutique hotel versus cheaper options available in the new part of Hoi An town.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Hoi An. The location is beautiful and just a couple of blocks from the old town, which is perfect because it’s just outside of the chaos and a short walk away. The river is so beautiful and the pool is lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful in any way needed. I loved my banana pancakes every morning too.

Riverside Whitehouse was a great place to stay just outside the hussle and bussle of the ancient town. It is an easy walk into town. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included breads, fruit, and cook to order eggs, pancakes and other food. The staff was very helpful in recommending specific tours, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend staying here! My attic room was perfect (although I didnt have a balcony view) for me. Note there is no elevator, so access to all rooms are via stairs.

Property was in a great area on the river just outside Ancient Town are (5-10min walk). Breakfast was wonderful with made to order eggs. The staff is super friendly. Hein helped organize 2 wonderful tours. And free bikes to use to get around. Would stay again.
