Beautiful resort, with spectacular views. Very clean spacious rooms. Although staff cant speak English they were friendly and helpful. Pool area large, but music at pool bar far to LOUD. When we asked the manager to turn it down, they apologised and said they were trying to attract more people to the bar. But all it did was get rid of the paying customers.

Staff were super helpful and very nice. My son lost his Apple watch, they found if and gave it back to him. Before we left the hotel, they prepared breakfast and gave it to us for the plane.

We loved the ocean view from our room, it’s gorgeous. The room is a good size although I’m not a big fan of the all glass sided bathroom. They do however have curtain panels but from the outside looking in you can still see the silhouette

Staff just stand with no welcome smile and just stare at guest…. Totally not achieve 4-5 stars hotel.. very disappointed

First, in the lobby the air conditioning wasn’t on until they see more guests in the lobby. They will have air conditioning on 2nd, the toilet seat was terrible, when you sat on the toilet, the seat was moved from side to side. Either too loose or seat was broken for our room 1433. The toilet paper roller always dropped on the floor when you pulled the toilet paper. It was annoying I have to hold the toilet paper roll in order to pull the paper. 3. Unable to swim at the beach, because all rocks. End up we have to swim at the pool.

Great location in town walking distance to the night market and the free shuttle from/to airport was an added bonus. The facilities were clean and overall I was quite happy with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was generally satisfactory although more catered to Western pallets (could have had more local Vietnamese cuisine). The seafood buffet was a little bit of a let down as the seafood wasn't great but the Wagyu beef dinner available on alternating days was better, though a little more expensive than the seafood buffet.

Nice place especially for the money. I would stay there again and also recommend it.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean , the staffs are very helpful and friendly , great breakfast , comfortable rooms , excellent swimming pool , best location to enjoy sunset . The hotel locate in short walking distance to the night market and a public beach just next to the hotel with a lot of street vendors . The only thing that I don't like are those floating garbage around the hotel , especially in the afternoon .

Conveniently located with access to many eateries, the night market, and lots of massage salons. The hotel is kept clean. At the 7th floor (where I roomed), I noticed that the doors at both ends of the walkway were kept opened during the day. Even though the entire walkway is air-conditioned, hot air from outside flows in relentlessly. Why are these doors left open day after day? It is a huge waste of electricity. At nightfall, these doors are shut and locked - there is no access to the viewing galley to take photos of the views at night.

A beautiful resort centrally located in the middle of the island. Allowed for convenient trips to the north, east and south of the island. Many shops and restaurants close by and a very short walk to the very touristy Night Markets. Also a very short walk to the fascinating local day market. The resort is very family friendly. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful resort with a big pool and outdoor alfresco area, very close to a lot of food options and the airport pick up and drop off service was amazing and helped us alot. We had to check out very really before breakfast started so the hotel packed us a take away breakfast each! Only down side was we were told you had to pay 100k to use the kayaks, I was hoping this would be provided free of charge, I still throughly enjoy my stay and my husband and I will definitely be returning.

The staff did not speak English (as advertised) and messed up our orders daily. Even simple drink orders and pointing to the menu did not guarantee a correct order. The pool bar was closed and service at the pool was virtually nonexistent. This is a 3 star resort at best! It was near the market and the Junior Suite was beautiful, but I would not return.

Love this place. Close by to night market and Bún Quậy restaurant. Would stay here again.
