Great value for money and right on the beach. Great size pool and restaurant too onsite. Free use of SUP’s and the breakfast variety is impressive. Quiet at night and lots of restaurants, bars and massage places near by including massages on the beach at the hotel. Good size room and bathroom and very clean. One day the room wasn’t cleaned but staff gave me the two free bottles of water you get each day with housekeeping. Used the laundry service which was slightly higher in price than other hotels however still cheap (60,000 per kilo)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed
It has the absolute best beachfront location. Super private and quiet. Staff are beyond phenomenal seriously cannot give them any higher recommendation. Paul is absolutely gorgeous and you can’t be any closer to the beach if you tried you step out of the pool onto the sand. The beachfront restaurant was not only the best food I had in Vietnam but the servings were huge and phenomenally priced. I would go back to Vietnam and stay only here for an entire trip.

Hotel is right on the water, breakfast buffet is delicious. If you book a room with a sea view you can watch the sunset from you balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is our second stay and we would come again!

Great hotel,super pool,excellent access to beach,nice rooms ,big patio,strange chairs on patio though,not comfortable,great food at beach restaurant, morning buffet was nice,house cleaming staff very nice ,one thing i have to say off topic,there were 2 ladies that were apparently there for 5 months already that made things uncomfortable, loaded 4 plates of buffet food wvery morning,leaving nothing behind,scooped prime seats on beach every morning,then proceeded to do bizarre exercises in front of everyone for hours at a time everyday,!just bizarre humans that i feel the hotel should have stepped up and say that youve over stayed your welcome ,,time to go!!!other wise ,we will be back!!!(hope the ladies arent there in novenber!!!)

You cant beat the pure beach front location for the price.
Pool has just been re-tiled.
Rooms are big, clean but basic.
Breakfast is simple but good.
Only negative is you hear everything from other rooms due to all floors being tiled. Doors banging, cleaning staff, furniture being used, people using toilets its loud.
Noise starts around 6am so forget sleeping in.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. I really enjoyed breakfast. Hotel is right by the beach. Swimming pool is clean and the view is excellent. But the body wash were not enough for us.

I stayed here for a week. Staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Food at restaurant was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Wonderful family owned accommodation right on the beach. Great view & amazing service. Greeted with the warmest smiles every morning & they're happy to help with all requests, big or small. Delicious buffet breakfast & reasonably priced dinner & drinks on the beach.

Wifi was not working well in the room but worked well at the beach bar.

This hotel was great! I would definitely stay here again. You can have breakfast on the beach and watch the sunset in the evening. Food is delicious. There are scooters to rent on site. Good internet and they clean the room everyday. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy with their suggestions.

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good restaurant, attentive personnel. A little noisy (guests that make noise in the corridors). We needed a room change due to tobacco smell during the night, but the personnel responded appropriately. Perhaps need some additional furniture in the room (more confortable chairs/armchairs ) An excellent option if you look for a middle range accommodation

Right by the beach，reasonable price with nice swimming pool within the hotel，staff are nice and polite，rooms are big and clean，only with shower with hot but slightly weak water pressure，many eating place just off the main road，the hotel can call taxi for on your behalf，taxi to the night market cost 50k， to or from the airport 110k，nice seaview but must book the room with seaview ，brwakfast cab be eat at nearby cafe or restaurand。

A staff cleans the pool in early morning and regularly check it. There are restaurants and mini mart nearby. I enjoy staying here for 3 nights.

We didn't get luck because there were stormy weather so we could not enjoy the swimming pool and the sea just at 10 seconds (no kidding) walk from the hotel. But the situation was amazing. Rooms are very simple but it's comfortable, you don't need more, and there is a balcony. And you also have a great GREAT bar next to the hotel, the Blue Bar Beach Club, amazing. Prices are cheap (especially during happy hours), staff if nice and food is good. The storm wastes our stay but I can imagine how it can be perfect with a sunset on the beach and a cocktail. Go there !

The pool is very nice. The ocean can get pretty warm and the sand gets very hot around noon. The pool was refreshing. The tomato omelet at the restaurant is delicious. One of the waiter spoke excellent English and French which was handy. Our room was missing soap but they quickly brought us some when we asked them.

Check in was not that friendly we were taken to our room which over looked the back alley and a tree. Showers were cold. After the first night we chose to upgraded to ocean view for only $10 usd per night. It was worth it made a mediocre hotel experience worth it even though the bathroom sink tap was falling apart and the desk was broken (looked like someone smashed the top of it). Location not too far out from town, we rented a scooter for two days which made getting around easy.

What is really great about this hotel is the very close proximity to the beach. The restaurant on site is good and we ate a lot of our meals during our 10 day stay here. Food was consistently good and the idea of eating with sand between your toes alluring.
The pool was good. Water quality on the beach was bad. This is in our experience not just a problem at Phuong Binh house but all over Put Quoc.

Had a good time here, staff were fantastic, rooms big and nice, pool area was great very relaxing, restaurants on the beach were the food and service was also great, private beach clean on steps away from the restaurant was very enjoyable, I suppose the only thing is not so close to town but only short $2 taxi ride
