Really comfortable Aerocity hotel that does not break the budget. Can usually be booked at lower prices than the JW or Andaz but still offers a fairly premium experience. The breakfast is vast and tastes great and the staff do their best to make your stay comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at ALOFT Hotel, Aerocity! The hotel combines style, comfort, and convenience, making it a perfect spot for travelers. What truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, especially Sejal, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable.
From the moment I checked in, the team was attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a seamless stay. Sejal, in particular, stood out with her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care. She took the time to address any queries I had, offered fantastic recommendations, and made me feel like a valued guest. Her dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly made a difference and added a personal touch that you rarely experience.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, catering to both comfort and functionality. The hotel amenities, from the fitness center to the dining options, were excellent and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with utmost professionalism and care, ALOFT Aerocity is the one. Thanks to Sejal and the entire team for making my stay so memorable—I can’t wait to return!

Next to the airport. Clean hotel for a late arrival and early departure flights. 15 min by taxi, buffet restaurant inside the hotel. Convenient.

Aloft is a great hotel in Aerocity. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and location convenient. We had a massage in the spa on the 3rd floor and that was a very nice experience. Also the cafe in the lobby is delicious! Both the coffee and chai were top notch.

Not a 5 star hotel, I would avoid. The lobby fools you, as it looks nice, clean and modern. Our room was old, extremely smelly, window doesn’t open, humidity, dirty bathroom. Do yourself a favor and book something else.

Good hotel, walking distance from all happening places in Aerocity. Nice and clean, friendly staff, one of the good Marriott chains, nothing really to complain except that the price is bit steep…

The room was nice. The breakfast and dinner was also very nice. Generally a nice hotel. My only issue was that their front office staff needs to be better trained. I waited 2 hours to checkin because their computers were not working. The least they could have had done was offered me coffee. Will stay at another hotel in aerocity next time as there are several options with better service.

Service was generally speaking kind and efficient including very rapid and good airport transfers.
The room however was a bit "tired" with a small from the drainage in the bathroom. I got the room furthers away from the elevator despite the hotel far from being fully booked.
This seems to be recurrent when booking over Expedia instead of directly with the hotel. The same happenened in the same hotel chain (Mariott) in Chennay.
Rooms are okay...but not definitely not what I would categorize as 5 stars in any way.

The experience was ruined by the club that they have in the first floor. We were in the 4th floor and could not sleep because the entire room vibrated from the extremely loud bass. We had two rooms on either side of the aisle and had issues in both. We wanted to get some rest ahead of a 20 hour trip to the US and could not sleep well at all. So no I did not like it and neither did my family.

Home away from home as always services as expected. And still so good …The location right in city center next to Lulu shopping mall .. The Marriot Kochi. Good location with all amenities as expected.
