Very basic rooms. Self check-in and check out. Room thermostat did not work. OK for late arrival / early departure. Bed was comfortable.

Fantastic location. Close to attractions and restaurants. Nearby public transport (train, tram, bus and ferry). Room and facilities were simple and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby, and the room was very clean and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the music from the stores around the hotel, which were open late at night, was quite noisy.

Good: very well located (just a few steps to many sights); room had everything we needed; self-check-in worked perfectly Could be better: room ist VERY, VERY small; we didn't see any staff to contact; more storage places would be nice; rooms are poorly soundproof; windows couldn't be opened

This was a perfect spur of the moment stay. We needed a place in a hurry and this ticked all the boxes. Great central location. Quiet. Comfortable soft bed.

In general a nice experience and stay. Room 301 was big and spacious. Only the pillows was not comfortable, felt cheap and used. Overall clean and very good location.

It's was very centric and clean. Great place to stay when in Oslo.

After the first night we downgraded from the deluxe room to a standard one. The deluxe rooms are awful. The bathroom is oversized and in the middle of the room so that the living area is a U shape with the bed squashed into one side. The other two sides are wasted. Who thought this was a good design for a hotel room is a mystery. There no tea or coffee making facilities in either room but we were told on arrival that we could make drinks downstairs at any time. This right was withdrawn halfway through our 4 day stay. We kept waiting for housekeeping to change our towels but no one ever came. We eventually discovered that towels and bedding are only changed if you stay there for longer than a week.

Nice location

Not what we expected. The location was fantastic and near many cafes, restaurants, and attractions. It was easy to get around by walking and it was very close to the metro station. We were disappointed by the rooms and the service. The room was tiny, which wasn’t unusual, but it did not have any amenities. There was barely a nightstand for 2 people (just a soft stool), only 1 tiny coffee table and only 2 clothes hangers. The location of the bed regarding the window was unpleasant, and it was common for us to wake up due to the 4 am sunrise shining in our face from the bottom of the curtains. The bathroom also had no ventilation and easily became musty. The service was extremely lacking. They only clean the room, replace the dirty towels and clean the sheets once a week. We also left our baggage in their storage room, which was quite nice to have (but dirty), but when we returned to pick up our bags, the receptionist was nowhere to be found for 30 minutes.

The standard double room was small but just about big enough for two people for a couple of days. The bed was comfortable and the shower was also good. The hotel is central too so we walked to most places within 10 - 15mins.

Central to everything. Only needed an overnight stay in Oslo before getting the train to Bergen. Ideal location, just a 5 minute walk to National Theatre train station or 15min walk from Oslo central station. 30 min direct trail ride from the airport. Less than 5 min walk to the water. It is a budget air-conditioned hotel ( this was not mentioned in the property details, so a nice surprise), small room, spacious bathroom. Very clean. Nil fridge or kettle in room but there are tea/coffee facilities in the lobby. Quiet area, felt safe as a female solo traveller. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel itself was lovely and in a great location but the room had a few problems. The metal plate on the door where the latch is was broken so I really had to fiddle with it and pull the door hard for it to lock. Which I discovered after I went shopping and found I could just push the door open hard because it didn’t close properly the first time. Also the toilet seat was broken so had to give up using that. Other than that though it was a really nice hotel. The staff were helpful albeit a bit blunt. Though I’ve mentioned a fault it was actually great and I’d stay again. My one real criticism is that toiletry wise it’s the one soap for everything, hand, hair, body. I didn’t bring things with me as it was just a weekend trip but something to consider.

I went there for a festival and i picked something easy to walk to from the main station. This hotel is in a walkable distance from the main station and there's another train station 9min away where you can catch the train to the airport, if you dont want to walk to the main station. Easy check in and check out, room was very good, i upgraded for a small fee as i wanted something were i can open the window, facing the street(my initial room was facing the courtyard) . It was a little bit noisy in the night so i ended up using the AC and closing the window but room was very good, full of light during the day(which i personally care about even do i barely stay in all the hotel rooms i book). Everything was great, i was there for just one night but i enjoyed my staying and i would definitely go back.
