Very good hotel, but I expected slightly larger rooms.

Stay if you are going to universal otherwise expect a large busy resort, little personalisation or individualised service. Expect just to be a number to the staff. Location and transportation is fantastic

Really great and clean facilities. We enjoyed a family trip there.

The hotel is located close to the Sentosa station and can access to the Vivocity and Universal Studio easily. There is a 7-11 convenient store just opposite to the hotel and the hotel also has a small drink and snack counter which sells fruits chips and various drink. Good for kids and family trip!

The staff isnt attentive. Hard to get carpark coupon as they are stingy. Ask for more so that i dont need to wastw time to queue up but was given a face.

We had an amazing stay in Village hotel Sentosa, the staff were really friendly and attentive. The pools were great and enjoyed the film nights. The beaches are amazing and only a 5 minute walk away. We used the free shuttle service to vivo city many times, as well as taxi services to marina bay, Chinatown and other areas. Totally recommend staying here. Only note is that the rooms do not have wardrobes, or drawers to store your clothes, instead have a few wall pegs to hang clothes which was a a bit limiting when staying for a longer period although this would not stop me from returning.

Kem is super wonderful. She made us feel so special. We went for a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday. The mini surprise balloons n snacks n small cakes etc were so sweet and thoughtfully planned. My 2 kids felt like VIPs checking in at the counter by themselves and Kem also surprised the both of them with age appropriate goodie bags! The items in the bag were super useful as well! We are grateful and thankful for the complimentary breakfast and abit of late checkout. It makes us less stressed and the kids even managed to go for a second swim! They were asking for the mini hotelier programme (we participated during our last stay and it was very enjoyable. but it has been discontinued sadly haha luckily Kem's surprises and extra miles still made it a magical experience for them) they enjoyed themselves thoroughly and can't wait to go back again. Maybe a feedback would be for the shuttle bus uncle to be less grumpy and perhaps the waiting area can be inside the hotel near the door, so that guests do not have to wait in the hot carpark and breathe in the exhaust fumes while the shuttle bus' engine is still on with uncle taking a break inside the bus (we were advised by a friendly and helpful porter that we can just wait in the bus cuz i was latching my kid in the carrier under a nursing shawl so it was very hot. but uncle's body language was very fierce and he didnt let us board the bus.)

Loved the pools - it would be much better if the pool with the bar was kid free as there are many people in the pools. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Loved the snacks in the foyer. The food for dinner was lovely, breakfast was passable.

Arrived late at night. For a 5 star there was no one to take our bags or bring them to the room. We booked the family room which is two interconnecting rooms. They are tiny, basically you either sit on the bed or there are no seats or even room to move for 4 people. The facilities are great. Lots of sitting space but you can’t see the pool from where you sit.. so you either snag a sunbed(limited) at 8am or you go in the pool with the kids at all times. Otherwise great hotel lots of potential, free shuttle around the island. Wifi doesn’t work in the lobby.

The hotel is very clean but the space in the room is pretty small. There's no closets for hanging clothes. The pools are nice but the food by the pool bar is just average. Check in is process is pretty slow. But overall it's still nice to stay.

Wonderful check in service with friendly staff. The restaurant is appalling, stay well clear. Expensive food and horrible quality. No tap water, have to buy it. Rooms were clean, but very small, especially the “family room” which is two small interconnected rooms

Wonderful pools - beautiful and never too busy. Great location for exploring Sentosa. Fantastic staff - we had a couple of issues in the room and they were resolved by a friendly technician within 10 minutes of calling reception. And interesting toilets!! Loved them!!

This hotel needs to employ double the amount of staff. One bar staff on the bar pool, waiting 20 minutes for a drink is crazy. On one day, we went to get towels and were told to come back in an hour as they had run out of towels. For a hotel that markets how great their pools are, bit disappointing that you run out of towels. The chair situation is minimal around all the pools also. Please purchase some umbrellas too for those who dont want to lay in the sun. The cafe in the foyer seemed to never have a staff member there. Bonus. The ice machine and cold water was amazing.

The family friendliness and setup for families is excellent. My only criticism would be more family friendly dining options onsite. With just Native Kitchen which is not.open all day, you need more. Many local restaurants are only open in the evening.

Not sure why they advertise that the room sleeps three, it doesnt. You get either one king bed or two singles. There is half a couch, not sure if thats where the third person is to sleep but its just over 1 metre long and wouldnt fit our daughter. I sent an email weeks before our trip to confirm bed configuration and never heard. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor for two nights as our daughter took over the bed. The pools were fantastic and the staff were very friendly. This place was beautiful but would only stay again if they could all of us.

Good location for anything Sentosa, with a small walk to Imbah station for anything else. Restaurant food in the lobby wasn’t that great, we suggest a different restaurant. Rooms were small (like most Asian hotels) but very clean and functional. Had everything you need.

Village hotel Sentosa is overated, its more like a premier inn. Rooms are tiny. We wish we never stayed here as we we were given interconnecting rooms when we booked a delux family room. Very expensive hotel. Stay in the mainland.

love the location, the amenities and of course the hotel. too bad the beach is not accessible during the time I checked in.

Close to all Sentosa Attractions. Shuttle sevice to nearby mall promotes use of either public transportation and GRAB usage to get around town. Definitely got a deal at this resort since i had booked 6 months out.

Family unit was great. It was clean. Air con was variable but generally good. The pools and pool activities were awesome.

Accommodation was 2 rooms to accommodate 3 adults & 2 & 5 yr old. Hotel checkin was easy, staff were friendly. The pool area was good for all ages. The free. shuttle to Vivo city shopping centre was very handy and a short walk to the free monorail station where there is a Starbucks, KFC and other small shops. One stop on monorail to universal studios. Would recommend for a family
