A very well positioned Hotel on the Viaduct, easy parking next door. Nice and new, with lots of cafes, restaurants an easy stroll away.

One night stay before cruise. Just what we needed after a long flight. Great location & neighborhood to wander in the harbor areas.

A week’s stay. Room was supposed to be serviced after 3 nights but for some reason mine was not, had to go to reception and remind them that I was missed. Room was small with very little space or storage area. No microwave and the tv channel choice’s are very limited and boring not worth watching. No daily complimentary small water bottles.

Convenient and safe tourist location with a beautiful view of the city. Short walking distance to many restaurants, shops, excursions. Food store right outside hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Only complaint is, I thought the bathroom’s cleanliness could’ve been improved. Was not filthy, but had a musty scent. However, rest of room was clean. Comfortable and clean beds. Very quiet room, easy to sleep at night. Complimentary tea and coffee, which I enjoyed. Overall, pleasant experience. Would stay here again!

The hotel is nice and in a great location.
The only issue I have is that I had to go to reception 3 times to ask for towles, tea and body wash for the shower, as there was none. We had one towel put in our room therefore had to go to reception to get another. While there I also reminded them about the body wash. Even after 3 trips to reception the body wash was never refilled.

Appalling cleaning standard to the point I was wiping other people’s toothpaste spit off doors and tiles, as well as giant clumps on foundation on the wall after raising into reception the previous day and it still was cleaned, as well as other unidentifiable smears from walls. The reception team to their credit were wonderful in trying to resolve it, but after three days and no noticeable improvement I would not return. Showers and tiles need to be scrubbed, not just flicked with a damp cloth. Check the shower drain. It’s coated in scum.

Dirty, showed the staff several times and cleaned things in front of them. Foundation blobs on the tiles, reception were lovely but nothing really improved. Scrubbing is required not just a casual flick with a damp cloth. Would not return.

The perfect spot to stay in the Wynyard Quarter. Central to the beautiful harbour. Quiet with a super comfortable bed.

Given a basic room, short on space to store clothing, if staying longer than a couple of nights. Room is not serviced daily hence their are lots of stains on the carpet. Would be nice if hotel upgraded their standard TVs with smart TV’s as the channel choice’s are boring.

It’s our second stay now at this location and we absolutely love it! Such a convenient location, quiet area and the hotel feels very safe with the secured parking building attached. The room is great, bed is comfortable and bathroom has all the amenities. Mini fridge works a treat for the bottle of wine we were given for our Hotels.com status. Had the most amazing view of the Sky Tower.

car park overnight was only $20 plus i could access my car from the same floor as my hotel room was on. we had a function at the Viaduct event center, and this was only a 300 met walk.

Great value for money. Clean, quiet - even with construction across road. Very friendly helpful staff. Close proximity to Viaduct and eateries was great. ( next time will try to avoid room next to exit door to car park)

Nice neighbourhood next to the marina. Lots of cool bars and restaurant nearby.

Such a great price for this conveniently located hotel. The rooms aren’t enormous, but more than enough to meet our needs and Access to the harbor and restaurants was fantasticour

Excellent location in Wynyard quadrant with plenty of dining options nearby.
Parking is available, only fault is the hotel is not directly accessible from the car park. Lovely room and comfortable bed.

Basic amenities but very clean and comfortable. Limited dining availability attached to hotel but within easy walking distance of cheap and expensive restaurants, cafes and a French patisserie. The area surrounding is under heavy development [Aug 24] and I don't know what the noise levels would be like during working hours. Was no problem on the Sunday when we were there.
