Our third stay here for the XPN music festival. As usual, they were a little understaffed, but nearly as bad as two years ago.

The customer service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I'm from the South and the hospitality was there. Also, the view from right next to the hotel was amazing. Plus there was a walking trail next to the river right there as well. If you need to stretch your legs after traveling or need a place to walk the dog, it's perfect. 11/10

Brand new property, lots of noise, I believe a better sound insulation was required when was under construction I guess, charge for parking in a neighborhood full of parking spaces that’s another negative dot, all the rest is positive, we’ll be back and recommended!

The check in staff was so nice and helpful. Shout out to the lady that helped me check in she was awesome and so understanding in the process. Only complaint I had was the restaurant when we tried order food out us on hold for 10 minutes and never came back so we didn’t even get to eat before we had concert. Also coffee machine in room brewed for 30 minutes and only gave us about a 1/3 cup of coffee if that. Overall it was good trip.

Great hotel. Very clean. Everyone was friendly. Room was very nice. Location was perfect for a concert at freedom mortgage pavilion. Parking should be discounted and instructions on parking should be more clear and sent with a reservation.

You can catch some amazing sunsets over the Philly skyline from the waterfront walkway across the street from the hotel

I made the reservation for my daughters, and I called the hotel to clarify this. yet i received a call from my panicked daughter with an explanation, that the hotel would not allow access with out my autherization. great security, but i was sure this would not happen

All the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Camden were super friendly and helpful. One of the most pleasant stays at a hotel that I've had in many years. Everything was just perfect.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the Philadelphia skyline and lovely walks along the river front. The accommodation itself was modern, clean and spacious. Paying for parking as an extra was annoying but overall still cheaper than staying in central Philadelphia. Stay only spoilt by a night club on the city side of the river playing exceptionally loud music (that carried easily across the water) till 2am on both Saturday and Sunday night!

Rooms were nice, especially the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was right across the river from Philadelphia so it made for an easy drive into town. The food at their restaurant was good, but was understaffed. The guy serving us was the only one in the front of house and was bartending as well. The view of the river was nice and the parking was very convenient with room key acess.
