We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the Live Casino Hotel. It's not shabby like other Philadelphia casinos. We stayed overnight after a concert, and would do so again.

The room was very clean but we did not have wifi the whole stay. I contacted the front desk and they gave me a few things to try to resolve the issue but that didn't work so we were not able to fully enjoy the stay.

This was our second stay at Live Casino & Hotel - Philadelphia, and this time was just as great as the last. Thank you all again - from the front desk staff to the entire casino crew to housekeeping to the connected bars/restaurants - we continue to enjoy every bit of our time at Live. We appreciate you, and we look forward to returning again soon!

The Hotel is okay, the food service is rubbish. They have never heard of dietary requirements and it was impossible to eat anything other than a salad in their multiple restaurants if you need a gluten free diet. Come on its 2024.....

The room was clean other than mold in the shower. Staff were courteous. Food was sub par. We ordered from the burger joint and the burger wasn’t close to be cooked through and the breakfast seemed to be cooked well ahead of time. Eggs were cold. Homefries overcooked. Coffee bitter. It’s quick and easy to stay for a sports game but otherwise look elsewhere.

This is my new favorite place to stay for concerts at Wells Fargo or games for Philly teams. It is so convenient and it has a great weekend nightlife scene! The casino has a center bar and the restaurant The Prime Rib has a great bar too (and amazing food!). If you know an event is happening reserve your room here asap. The rooms have been designed beautifully and thoughtfully. Great views of the parks too.

Our room was very clean but didn’t understand why my bed was flipped upside down so that the mattress cover was between the box springs & the mattress. Also could not get the air down below 70-71 no matter what we tried. Also didn’t realize that that people could smoke in the casino which was a major issue for me. Would have enjoyed my stay much better without the smoke smell. Other than that everything else was good.

Right next to our Springsteen show at citizens bank park. Room was a bit pricy because they knew people like myself would pay for the convenience. Almost double room rate. That being said everything was great

We had an amazing stay! Live casino was a great place to stay when we went to 2 Phillies games. It made things a lot easier to just be able to walk over for the games and not have to worry about the parking. The room was big and clean and we had an unbelievable view of the stadium!

The hotel was great - the only issue was check in which was at 3:00. We got there at 4:45 and waited 45 minutes to get a room. Seemed silly when check in is at 3:00.

The location can't be beat. Close to downtown and the airport. Good security. Great free parking. Needs a couple more food venues

Dropped in for some blackjack and carnal knowledge with the ex. Gambling either way depending on who you ask. Left my mark both ways (see what i did there). The Hotel and casino are exceptional. There was a whole band in the bar area getting it done! Gambling ,seggs and a party. I definitely hit the trifecta (see what i...nevermind 😆) Will i return? Hell yeah! -H

The only things I did not like about the facility was how the room. The room did not have a microwave and the bathroom was too small.

We didnt have any linens and when we asked they gave us two wash clothes and a hand towel and said theybare trying to figure out where all the towels went.
They gave us the wrong room because no other room was available.
For the price we spent on that room, we should have gotten free breakfast. I didnt like how the parking lot was so far from the hotel room. You had to walk through the casino.

Overall I’d say it was a pleasant experience. However, when you see that you were charged $19.99 per night for “Hotel Services “ it makes me wonder what exactly were these services? We went out for the day and when we returned to our room at 4 PM our room had not been cleaned. It eventually was done sometime after 5 PM.
