Beautiful hotel. We were greeted with fresh cookies & a room upgrade at check in. The mountain right outside is lovely. New, modern accommodations

I like these Hotels, however, I don’t appreciate having to become a member in order to get free wi-fi, and even then, unless you pay an extra $5 a day for secure wifi, you get these messages warning you of all the dangers. These tactics don’t seem to corespond with this hotel.

Amazing stay at the Fairfield Revelstoke. What we thought was gonna be an overnight transit became a two night recharge. Room is beautifully designed, overlooking beautiful mountains. Spacious and feels luxurious. A really great break. We drove up and down Hwy 23, took the ferry across Arrowlake and it was really nice.

Great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast selection. Down side is that it is next to train tracks and Hwy#1 so you hear the odd train and the semi trucks coming down the hill into Revelstoke.

Great clean hotel but still working on getting all the amenities. A little noisy being right next to the railroad. We were on that side, south side I believe, but may be better on the other side. Very clean, good breakfast and staff was friendly.

Good experience. Rooms towards the railway line have better view of the town and mountains only if you are ok with the trains. Else ask for room facing the parking lot.

There is only one elevator. breakfast had the same food everyday and very slow in replenishing . No room cleaning everyday unless we requested it, even then it's just towel replenish and bed made.

It’s really unfortunate that this property still has no hot tub. Get it fixed already! We requested and paid for an extra bed/cot for our room. Their staff doesn’t wheel it up for you? That’s odd. We get to do that ourselves. The front desk called 911 for a guest in crisis, but passed me the phone to give 911 directions for the ambulance? All in all, not a great experience at this newer property.

Unfortunately we stayed during a planned power outage on a hot night so we had to sleep with the window open and the trains kept us awake all night. Room was not very clean (shower, hair in the bed, caked on something on the walls). Breakfast was disappointing, barely any utensils and the tabels were not being cleared of the last persons plates. For the price we paid it was not worth it.
