This hotel was very clean and offered complementary breakfast. Though they only offer valet parking which is $35 PER day. There were some hidden fees I was not aware about as well. It costed me over $300 extra than what I originally booked for.

I will say the level of professionalism, probably at majority of the Hilton goes by the look of a person. It looks as if they determine how they’re going to treat someone by the financial state one is.. they have absolutely no education and de-escalating situations, they do not care whether they lose a guest or two or even three. The well-being of the guest is the least in the priority. After suffering a seizure due to the front desk situation the employees decide to laugh versus, take it serious . However, the staff especially the morning staff that works the breakfast in the morning were extremely professional and kind. There was one employee that I will recognize that went above and beyond, and I will say she needs to find another job at another hotel, where she will be appreciated and compensated accordingly. Her name is Reena. Instead of being concerned about the situation at hand upper management at the property, decides to be even more unprofessional and treat me as a guest like a criminal. They show absolutely no signs of sympathy absolutely no empathy towards anyone unless they are a certain type of social class. Hotel management rate zero, severe training in customer service and how to deal in de-escalation, Front desk, severe training, professionalism, customer service, customer, de-escalation. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels. It was very quiet except for one night of noise from a party next door that woke me up from 2-4 am. I will definitely use the hotel again soon! Thanks

The hotel was very nice but valet stole a significant amount of money out of my truck. I hate that happened because it ruined my whole opinion on the hotel.

While visiting a love one in the hospital and not wanting to drive home for two hours I stayed at this hotel in downtown Orlando. Best decision ever! My granddaughter got to enjoy the pool at night and DIL and I got to enjoy the view with the city lights around us. The room accommodations were perfect. Spacious studio with kitchen and good size bathroom. Loved the white puffy towels. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was nice. The staff was very nice and professional only downfall that I did not know about or like was everything was valet parking. I wasn’t informed about charges for parking the website just said parking available.

Great hotel and spacious room. Nice rooftop pool. Great location as well. The valet parking was a bit expensive but there is a parking lot right next door for $10 for 12hrs which is way cheaper.

I had the kitchenette room, lovely set up and spacious.
One note-
Not on the cleaning crew or staff, just noticed the crumbly dust in the dish rack and dishes along with crumbs and hair on tiles.
I would invest in the cleaning crew, pay them more and have weekly/biweekly scheduled deep cleans for dust and floor grime.

I went for a weekend gateway. The hotel is okay—not great, not bad. The pool is smaller than it looks, and it's only 3.5 feet deep at the deep end. Overall, I would stayhere again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I gave service a 2 because we were not told that the eatery on the 1st floor was not the free breakfast and we sat there Tuesday morning after serving ourselves from Buffet, server came to us to let us know the price of $18.99 per person for this breakfast and the free is upstairs on the 2nd floor. Very embarrassing since I was on my second forkful and very comfortable but this buffet was not worth $ 18.99 per person. Also I never received a text from the valet guy after he received my car. We had to wait 20 minutes upon checkout for our car.

staff neglected cleanliness of pool area and allowed a very disruptive group to take over the pool area with very loud music and glass bottles....glass was a clear volatiliin of the rules

The room was very clean and large with a microwave, full size fridge and equipped with everything to eat in. The bed was very comfortable with quality sheets. Breakfast in the morning in a large well equipped room with an outdoor patio, happy hour at the bar and even a kitchen with a few offerings if you don’t feel like going out for supper. The pool is nice and clean, the gym very well equipped and there is even 2 large washer and dryer. The staff was professional and helpful and I even got a few message text inquiring if I was satisfy. It was a 3-night stay that I will repeat as soon as I have to chance to do so. Thank you !

This was the dirtiest Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. There was a blood droplet on the bed coverlet. When we entered the room there was a dirty paper towel with hair that was used for cleaning that had not been removed by the cleaning people. The bathroom sink did not drain. There were no travel toiletries in the bathroom such as a hairnet like the other Hiltons I stay in. The washcloths on the sink were still wet. Also, the tv service kept going in and out. I will say the people were exceptionally nice and would have probably made everything right but I was only there for such a short time it wasn’t with complaining. I’ve never experienced this before at a Hilton.
