The staff were always very helpful and the communication with the team was excellent.

Nice area and the place was very clean, excellent communication with the staff. Just one thing, be aware there is not lift, you have to carry on your luggage to the upper levels by yourself. Other than that, I recommend to stay in Bob W!

This property is in a great location, close to London Tower. It's a clean and comfortable place and was a great place to stay of you want to see old London and the many churches dating back a millennia or so. Would recommend this property to others. Liked the free gym and yoga offers.

Great location and was awesome having a kitchen / laundry facilities. Only word of warning is be aware of the stairs needed to get to the top floor (especially with luggage). Oh and make sure you keep the bathroom door closed if you have a shower - lest you set off the fire alarm and summon the fire brigade!

Great location. Manager responded to my questions immediately. Laundry machine is in the unit. I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at BOB W in London. The room was cozy and had everything we needed and more (the old fashioned nintendo was a huge plus for me and the kids). We used the kitchen for breakfast which saved us time and money. We did have a little setback with water pressure in the shower but it was fixed the next day. Management texted me frequently to make sure everything was good so that was a plus. Two tube stations and a grocery store are about a 5 minute walk away. Numerous restaurants are also nearby. The only negative would be the lack of a lift so I had to carry four 45 lb suitcases up the stairs the first day but something to think about if you have any mobility issues. Thank you much for everything and will definitely stay here again in the future!

The flat is cute and the location is superb. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were initially charmed with the personal Touches and artsy feel. However, when we arrived late at night and we had to get the sofa bed ready for our children, we could r easily find the bed sheets, etc. We found comforters, pillows and sheets in the closet, but they looked used and dirty. One of the duvets had yellow stains, the pillows had used pillowcases, and the mat cover for the sofa bed was full disgusting yellow stains, which made us question everything and made us feel we couldn’t trust the cleanliness of anything else in the place. Needless to say, we did not use that bed mat. Upon scrambling around at 2 am, we found some bags that seemed to have clean sheets and duvet covers. We hope they were freshly cleaned. I think the cleaners have to be better trained. There were hairs on the kitchen table. There are stains on the walls and doors that make us question how clean things really are. I wish we didn’t have to second guess this. It would have been a perfect stay otherwise. I hope this gets corrected so We can recommend to Others.

Really nice place, good environment and access to places. Would stay again. Only issue was heating, but overall I and my family enjoued our time there.

Fantastic location. A few mins walk to Tower Hill and Tower Gateway stations. We where 4 adults and plenty of room. Would stay again.

A quirky, modern apartment. The size was not too bad for 4 adults in the apartment. Amenities and facilities provided are sufficient. The toilet felt a bit dated and less maintained compared to the rest of the apartment. The apartment is located in an office district, so it was not the nearest to tourist attractions apart from the Tower of London, but it is quiet and safe in the evenings and weekends. The nearest underground stations are about a 10 minute walk away. They provided luggage storage on the check in and check out days, which was convenient so we didn't have to find a left luggage service. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

really nice and secure place unfortunately i was in room 1b which even though at the back of the hotel was quiet noisy- the hotel is in a busy road. Also my room had the boiler (not sure if just my room or the whole hotel) right next to the bed which kept firing up throughout the night so i hardly slept. if other rooms don't have the boiler then they prob all good to stay in.

The property was spotless when we arrived. We communicated with a few questions abd got quixk responses. It was a good find in downtown London and had some great restaurants close by. Short walk to the Tube as well.

Amazing place to stay!

Excellent property. Very comfortable with all amenities. Lovely little touches like the umbrella and camera to use. Clean and comfortable. Access was easy and communication was brilliant.

Amazing place

Loved the location. Loved the extras provided ( coffee, tea, charging cables etc). Lots of room to relax and prepare meals if you want. It would be nice if the unit had air conditioning and some hanging shelves in the closet. I recommend this flat.

9/10. I’ve never gone for this type of hotel before, but I’m glad we did. The apartment is great, super clean, modern and everything you could possibly need. We’d definitely stay in another BOB W apart-hotel, especially abroad. You could quite easily see the sights of a city, and still live like you’re at home. The price is perfect, some great little personal touches as well and comms were great. The only negative, the air-conditioning wasn’t working but they pre-supplied a couple of good fans and a portable air-con unit; otherwise this would be an undeniable 10/10 review.
