Property and communication was excellent! I would stay here again.

From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. I hope to come back soon. I really felt at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day

Bed and pillows were decently comfortable. I liked that the unit I was in was between a hallway and the stairs so there were no immediate next door neighbors to worry about. Just the ones above me. I like it was not far from the office I was going to for this work trip. I only had issues with parking one night as I left and came back later but I eventually found a spot. Really didn't use the living area much except for the kitchen which was the biggest thing I wanted so I didn't have to go find food every day. Liked the key fob for the door and the electronic locks. I felt relatively safe here. Would definitely try to book this one again if I had to come back to the area.

Everything was cool. Easy to find convenient and free street parking. Bldg is very nicely maintained and quiet. The room overlooked the pool. My one complaint is there was no full length mirror.

Exceeded expectations! The communication at the beginning was a little tough but honestly day of was really great. Would recommend!

The apartment was spacious with 2bed/2bath and the complex was clean. We had a view of the pool area which was delightful. Fairly quiet although it is apartment living and you could hear the tenants (kids) running in the apartment above. The property gave specific instructions for access the day of checkin and checkout was easy.

The owners are cordial, the property is clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only difficulties are they didn't communicate with me when I was checking in and I was confused; for a while I thought I had lost the reservation. This is a condo unit and the people in the entry from the condo were completely unhelpful, almost rude. However, once we were communicated with everything then went pretty smoothly. There's not a lot to do in Richardson and it's a bit of a drive to Dallas, so make a note of that. Also, the parking can be a little confusing. There is a lot for visitors and we could usually park there, but one night we had to park on the street. Also, the doors in the place tend to slam loudly so bring your sound machine to help you sleep at night. All in all though it was a great place, great stay, I would definitely go there again. I needed a place that would be convenient to my overall destination. This place was a great selection. Only 7 minutes away. The place was very clean and comfortable.

The room/apartment was amazing. Very clean & comfortable. TV’s in both bedrooms, lots of closet space. The location is also excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping. My only complaints would be: the parking (the designated garage is a bit of a walk, you have to park on the 7th floor and the elevator was broken!); only getting 1 key fob (my group did different things so it made it challenging to try to make sure we could get in/out as needed); not having 24-hr customer service (the internet went out in the middle of the night and I wasn’t able to get any assistance because it was so late). Overall, I would stay here again!

This place was amazing! It was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely book this again in a heart beat. We almost didn't want to leave the apartment. The only minor complaint I have, to no fault of StayOvr, is the people above us walked heavily. It was as if they were stomping. We would often wake up around 4am because of it.

Getting into the property initially is a little tricky, but help was readily available. The TV was not producing a signal and even with instructions from host that issue was not resolved. Music and loud talking from neighboring apartments the first night way into the night. Property itself was nice and the locale was very convenient

I love the property and the space. We’ve stayed a couple times now. It’s fairly close to most restaurants and cute little stores. My take away is the parking. Depending on what side of the building your on, your not really sure where to park, if there is parking available. The kitchen counters were dirty when arrived. There were crumbs and it look to me some type of liquid stains as well. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely loved this place! I couldn’t book to many days out but definitely was a spectacular location! The agency was so easy to get a hold of and very quick at respond to any question, needs, etc… I wish I could show you picture to show you how beautiful the interior was. TV was ON POINT. Had Netflix, ruko channel, YouTube. Etc. and no you don’t have to sign into an account which is a Totaly Bonus! Love the porch. Love the area! ❤️❤️❤️ overall TOTALL RECOMMEND! If I could give 10 stars I would! Wow! 🤩

Loved my stay just wish it had a tv in the bedroom but will definitely be back again!

The unit is comfortable. Nice beds, clean, smaller but not too cramped. There are few kitchen essentials: three pots, a few utensils, some very basic items. The complex is huge and takes a few minutes to walk from the elevator to the unit. The biggest complaint is communication: early emails and texts asked me to complete a form but the link was broken; I was asked to text pictures of my driver's license and my credit card (no thanks), I was told I'd be given access to the building itself via text. I wasn't. But luckily some residents let me in through the mailroom. I was texted repeatedly with instructions, including to remove trash. But email instructions on parking were limited to "on the street." There is only one side street where there is any open parking. In total I received nearly 20 texts for my stay of one night (17 hours).

The apartment was clean and inviting. The location was ideal and close to every place we wanted to visit We had a wonderful time and would definitely cook again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it's amazing on all the sides , looking forward for our next vacation so we can book it again .

Did not receive check-in information until after I called 4 times and it was over 30 minutes after checking time at 3:35pm. We drove 5 hrs and the only info we had about our stay was an apt complex address. This was nerve wrecking considering all the scamming that goes on these days. This place needs to have a better way of communicating with it's customers. They also should have some kind of secure file you can use to submit your ID info besides text or email for security purposes. Also, My husband couldn't watch football because the tvs only had Roku with no local channels. He had to go to the lobby/rec room to catch local channels. It also would have been nice to have seating on the patio to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset. The rug is a tripping hazard and needs to be replaced. But the apt was pretty clean. The mattress on the bed could be better and there were spider webs above the tub. We enjoyed the ease of getting to our room and the location and town of Richardson were perfect for our visit.

Place and location was great. Would definitely stay again.
