Very comfortable, well equipped. Javi welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly and helped with our luggage.

Lot of activity in the room above ours : actually we couldn’t hear voices so it was well insulated against noise but footsteps were loud and reverberated through the walls. There was disturbance pretty much all night until early morning, 6am, despite management saying the people upstairs had been kicked out at midnight. My daughter and I managed to sleep ok but my son kept waking up and was very grumpy the next day… I was woken up the Sunday morning at 6:30 by some drunk guy knocking on the wrong door as well.

Was a bit cold when we first entered, but wasn't a big problem for us as we went out straight away

Superb apartment centrally located. The communal area is impeccable and the apartment (cabin in the woods) was spotless and spacious with everything you need and a beautiful bathroom. Blinds on the velux windows meant we could get a good nights sleep. Communication was outstanding and as I had booked the apartment as a surprise for friends out of the city they did everything they could to allow an earlier check in. Thank you will book again.

No full length mirrors, as it was a girls trip for the bank holiday it would have been nice to have more mirrors and full length mirrors. there is a coffee machine but for a group of 4 we were only provided 4 sachets of milk (which are tiny) would have been nice if they were some more.. seemed abit stingey
