My husband, myself, and our two kids 13 and 17 stayed three nights. We have zero complaints. It was in a great area, walking distance to so many things and super close to the connector. We were worrie about parking in a garage but it was seamless. You'd be crazy not to book this place!

Do not miss this property! Located near the OTR district this beautiful condo is everything I wanted for my first VRBO experience. From the moment I walked through the entrance I was entranced by the charm of the building and pleasantly surprised at its quiet. While staying there I never heard another person nor any street noise. There is plenty of room in the walk in closets. The bathrooms are immaculate and I LOVED the shower. Everything is labeled so finding a certain light switch was easy. The absolute topper is that it comes with parking. I mean COME ON that is not common. The parking garage is very close by to park your vehicle. If you need something there’s a Kroger down the block. The ball parks are a 20 minute walk or you can take the connector and be there in minutes. Listen I could just go on and on; just do yourself a favor and book this property. I know I’ll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our visit. The apartment is updated and well equipped. The included parking spot is a nice bonus. We would return if in town again.

Location was perfect. We had tickets to a Reds game and it was a snap getting to the ballpark. We were within walking distance to most everything we had planned. The connector was right around the corner for anything we didn’t want to walk to. The unit is very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The condo was very clean, and very easy to access. We parked our car and walked everywhere we needed to go throughout cincinnati. Ralph was awesome with communication and was very accommodating. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Everything in the condo was amazing! Everything I want in vrbo. Very clean. Very easy to get in and felt very secure. Everything was labeled nicely. We were happy with the extra bedding and towel for the pull out bed. I loved the area of the condo. A lot shops and restaurants near by.

This property was fantastic and some of the best communication from the property manager I've ever had. Super nice, super clean, and super stocked. Very peaceful location with minmal noise. Would come back without question. I was also pleasantly surprised when I found the unit a short walk from station 15 of the Cincinnati rail car, which is completely free, and takes you insanely close to Paycor and the Ballpark.

We came into town for my sisters wedding which was a few blocks from Ralph and Valliere’s condo. Ralph went out of his way to accommodate us and helped to get our rental crib into the unit before we arrived. It was clean and easily accessible. Having a parking space in the building with the Kroger was a lifesaver with little kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This apartment is super clean. The location is central to all downtown entertainment, sports, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was wonderful and safety was a priority! Will definitely stay again when visiting Cincinnati! Thanks for the amazing home!

This condo is in a great location....close to the free tram. It's perfect for 2 couples. It was very clean & owner was very friendly & easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay to see a ball game! Great communication and cute condo in an even cuter area! Walkable to many restaurants and a quick 15 min walk to the baseball stadium. Parking was super convenient.

Everything was wonderful!

We picked this property because of the location to the Reds Ballpark. Cecille and Ralph were very responsive the time I contacted them and checked in via text afterwards. Their place was updated, clean, neat and had all the necessities you needed. We were not in the condo much as we were out exploring. We would definitely stay there again though. We parked in the garage and never used our vehicle once. The only time we used the pass was when we pulled out to park down by the condo to load up to come home. Let me tell you, it was not only centrally located to the the Reds ballpark and many other places (Hard Rock Casino, Aquarium, Bengals Stadium, Purple People Bridge to Ky) there were plenty of places within walking distance to eat/bar hop, you name it! Taglio's Pizza is hands down some of the Best pizza we have ever eaten. The Bagelry was amazing and so was The Eagle. Oh! One last thing, A must stop in is Avril-Bleh Meats & Deli. On the same street as the entrance to the condo. Family owned and awesome people. Go in on a Sat morning when they have the pulled out the brisket. Once it is gone its gone. Amazing, along with everything else.

Accommodations were great with ample space for two couples. Good size kitchen and common area. Location was exceptional, within walking distance to numerous options for dining and entertainment. Very close to a street car pick up that can take you all the way from Rhinegeist in the north to the banks at the south end of town for free and quickly. Fantastic communication from hosts with very easy check in and check out. Parking included in lot above Kroger within a couple minute walk. Would definitely recommend and plan to return for future trips to the city.

This condo is perfect for a stay in downtown Cinci. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will return!

Our overall experience was excellent! Ralph would answer any question for us almost immediately, he was a perfect host! Condo was immaculate, and comfortable! We were just there overnight to attend a concert and it was super easy for us to just grab a Uber back-and-forth and get to the condo. If I’m ever in Cincinnati again I’m gonna stay at the same place definitely. We were also there with friends and their kids and we all had an excellent experience at the condo! Thank you Ralph for everything!

The rental was extremely clean, in great shape and has everything needed for your stay. We had a wonderful experience staying in this adorable apartment. The owner was in touch with me before check in, during our stay and even called after we checked out to make sure we had a great experience. The instructions for check in and check out were flawless. The included covered parking in a garage around the corner was a plus and very convenient. The unit had everything we needed from dinnerware in the kitchen to some toiletries in the bathrooms. My only regret was we were only in town one night. I will stay again on my next trip to Cincy and hopefully can stay longer. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious place to stay.

Met up with 2 friends for a girls weekend, and Ralph's place was perfect! The location cannot be beat - easy to get to, walkable to coffee, dinner, bars, and a Kroger. The condo itself was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed- even the pullout was pretty comfy! We'll absolute look to stay here again.
