I only stayed only one night. Receptionist was glum. I was disgusted when I arrived and I saw the desk had a very large sticky mess/stain on it that had not been cleaned by housekeeping. I moved the desk lamp and saw a ring of liquid under the lamp so obviously not only was the desktop not wiped down, but the lamp had not been cleaned underneath either. It made me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned.
The hotel room was ok but walls had some scuff marks and chipped away paint so it made the room look rundown. The bathroom shower had a bottle of shampoo and shower gel but NO conditioner. I expected both shampoo AND conditioner and being a girl with long hair I need both for my hair so that was not good. Also, the smoke detector I’m guessing kept blinking at night when the lights were off and that kept us up. Phone was extra dirty so obviously not cleaned. And the nightstand had a HUGE crack entire length of the top adding to the impression the room was rundown and no maintenance.
The bed had tiny bed pillows instead of larger ones and the top quilt was white but textured and extra scratchy. All these items made for a night of very little sleep. I had requested extra blankets and pillows when I booked but did not receive either.
It was only one night but I can say I probably would not stay at Hampton Inn again if I needed a clean room and a good night’s sleep. Above all I expect my hotel room to be CLEAN upon arrival and it was not.

Besides trying to contact the hotel to cancel a double booking and the person that answered phone was very rude and acted like she didnt want to help. The stay was fine

Staff was very friendly and helpful, both front desk and breakfast buffet. Liked that there was real oatmeal with assorted toppings for breakfast. No lunch/dinner on site; Skyline Chili and Graeters nearby for Cincinnati food experience, along with other possibilities. Since Harrison Ave. is very busy I don't recommend walking to eat.
Pool was fine, though a wall clock would be helpful (can't wear a watch swimming). Ask staff how to use EV charging ($15/stay, universal charger), as they have to start it going. No recycling, unfortunately. Good experience overall.

the stay was amazing the ladies in the food area for Breakfast were absolutely the BEST!!! they were very attentive and even asked everyone before they closed up if anyone wanted anything else. the staff at the front desk were amazing and the place was so clean from the rooms to the eat area to the gym.

A most wonderful hotel. Front desk personnel were off the charts friendly and so helpful. Breakfast ladies kept food stocked and offered to help take our dishes off of our tables. So sweet and caring.

Hotel was in great condition, Breakfast options good. But a Noisy location. Road was quite busy and very difficult to turn Left out of hotel. Beds were firmer then other Hamptons. Overall good stay.

Check in was a little slow due to computer issues but they were very nice. When we got back late out room key didn't work and we had to get a new one. Otherwise no complaints

I live in Cincinnati and I had a house fire. I have been salvaging, packing, and moving for 2 days straight. I booked a nicer hotel, Hampton inn in Harrison for 123.00 just to drive 30 mins and not be able to stay there. The front desk lady was rude and judgemental. She wanted a 250 deposit just because I was local. i have been through the most traumatic days of my like and I desperately needed a shower and peace and quiet .. instead I was turned away with the impression I'd get my $$ back. Hotel.com did nothing to help. I was not refunded my $$ if I were aware of suckle a ridiculous deposit I wouldn't have booked them

The hotel is fairly new with a good location. The rooms and hotel were clean and staff were very accommodating. The only downside we found is the thermostat in the room would turn off after a while because we believe it had a motion sensor on it. Therefore, in the middle of the night it would get a bit warm unless you waved your arm in front of the thermostat.

The (indoor) pool was FREEZING both times we tried to use it. The room smelled strongly of bleach. The breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast ladies were great!

The room had a sliding barn-style door that could cover the closet or the bathroom door but not both. Significant effort was required to move it. When closing it over the bathroom entrance, the heavy door would slide pretty much by itself the last 5 or 6 inches and hurt fingers if they were not out of the way. I would not recommend this room for families with small children. The door is heavy enough to break little fingers.

We were checked in by a staff member who was not very friendly but everyone else we encountered during our stay, especially the women in charge of breakfast, were extremely hospitable. Room was clean and comfortable. The rolling barn door covering both the bathroom and closet could use a functional makeover! This was a great place to say when visiting the UC campus.

Stay was pretty good. It's the second time we stayed there and again the cleanliness could have been better. Also, the air conditioning/thermostat was temperamental, and while the room was cooled, it was terribly humid.
The breakfast was good and the support staff there were the best.

Very very clean hotel. I loved that the floors were restricted to key access. The pool area was nice and breakfast was good.
I dont think ive stayed in a hotel where I actually felt like "wow this is so clean".
Beds were a little firm for my liking but you cant really complain about that!

We booked 2 separate stays of 2 rooms for 2 nights through hotels.com. When we arrived we found that the hotel had only booked ONE room for 2 nights for each stay. Luckily they had available rooms and after much delay and incompetence they corrected the error. Also they refused to accept our gift card. The reason given was that it did not have an expiration date.

The hotel is very new, rooms, furniture bathroom aesthetics very nice. Location is suburb vibe. Best thing was hot breakfast just superb. Kudos to Ms. Sal who made best grits and Ms Linda slammed with bacon & Omelettes. Complimentary coffee & tea all day long. Great value for money we paid.

I heard this hotel was pretty new having been built 2 years ago. Rooms were very nice and clean. Free breakfast was very good with lots of extras. Staff was very friendly and the free parking was great. Indoor pool is small and I could not swim laps as there were about 7 kids in the pool on Sat evening. I will definitely stay here again. Grocery store very close.

No security. Got there at 1:45am, by 6am my car and 11 other vehicles were broken into. Didn’t offer any type of help to us. Wouldn’t discount another night since we couldn’t get our windows repaired until the following day or even a discount on our current stay for the inconvenience. My $93 room turned into a $500 nightmare.

Front desk staff was rude to my daughter on multiple occasions which is unfortunate because other staff were kind. My deposit was not refunded plus I was charged an extra $15 for no reason. Have tried to call to get a reason why. Zero response. Judging by the snark reaponse of any negative review I see why the staff is allowed the be rude. Its sad because the hotel overall was nice.

Horrible expierence. They tried to charge my card prior to arrival which ive never had a hotel do. I use a certain card to book my hotels in case this happens. When the card was declined they canceled my room. Never called to ask me what the problem was and i could have fixed the problem. 2nd time Ive had problems with a Hilton establishment. I will never book a Hilton hotel ever again.

The hotel itself was super clean and very new looking. The rooms were very large and comfortable. Had everything you wanted. The lady at the desk who checked us wasn’t very friendly. Basically just handed us out key and walked away.
