everything was good. nothing to complain

we arrived at the apartment only to find out our unit was already having guest staying. called the host and he managed to do a new booking for us. but we had to wait for 20-30min.

Clean and new apartment. Full facility apartment with gym and full size swimming pool. Very nice landscaping. The apartment unit is facing the front, hence you can see the pool and landscape below the unit. Well maintained landscaping and pool. I can see the workers perform the routine maintenance to trim the trees and cleaning the pool. Spacious and quiet. The unit has a 2-door fridge, washing machine and cold/hot water dispenser. Broadband WiFi is pretty stable. I used the wifi the most to stream music and watch YouTube on my phone as the 55in TV was faulty. I will consider staying here again if the owner do remedy some of the feedback here.

As it is a brand new apartment, a bit of under-furnish. 1) Lack of cloth hanger for drying cloths. If someone were to wash cloths, there is no suitable cloth hanger to dry their cloths. (there is no balcony as well). 2) There is a cooking gas stove but no gas piping and tank. Luckily there is an induction cooker. 3) Faulty TV unit (won't turn on). Check with the owner and he said it was spoilt by previous tenant 😒 4) No microwave oven to reheat food. 5) Leaky sink in the bathroom. 6) No toilet paper. Contacted the owner about this and then he delivered a new pack the next day. 7) Lack of cooking utensil - no knives. The plastic cup were filthy dirty. End up we bought disposable cups.
