The staff very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and there is small musola (for men & women) equipped for visitors to perform solat. Breakfast also provided in dining room.

I like how accomodating the facilities are, they serve bbq pit, coal and all things are complete. They are still quite new and I believe they can improved later!

The location is bit weird in the middle of road and it is hard to get to the location and it is not walking distance from the beach.

Swimming pool was unable to use since it's not clean after used by others guest

The room was too smelly like kulapuk/ kulat air on the sidewall, not suitable to bring kids together because the sound of the outside can hear clearly from the inside, the aircond also a bit noisy and smelly, the pool was too dangerous for the kids bcoz got a lot of sharp edges,

Three queen bed in one room and the room quite spacious cause got a lot space for us to solat

I don't know how this hotel got 5 star from Booking.com. Toilet door hard to close and open. Toilet smelly. Pipe at toilet sink almost pull off from the socket. Same as the shower. The bed feel like it has been used for toooo long. If you sit on it, you can feel the bed board. Electric plug only 2 and both was use for the tv. Hard for us to charge our hp if we did'nt bring the extension wire. The pool small and not enough water for my son to play with it. The most important thing, if there's a fire you'll definitely die inside cause NO FIRE EXIT except the stair that you walk up and down and it's very small space. Or you can exit thru window(if you have).
