Booked here on the app. Easy to get to if your using the trains. Walgreens and food within walking distance. Neighborhood is fine. If you want to save a few bucks and dont mind a ten minute drive out of town. Good option. Nice staff!

Strong urine smell in the room that hotel attempted to cover up with a strong glade plug-in that was also overwhelming but did not fully hide the smell. We would have moved rooms but it was only 1 night and we were so tired and it was late when we realized how bothersome the stench was so that's definitely on us for not asking them to fix it. Door to room needs to be wiped down, pretty dirty. Bed and pillows were really comfortable, hotel was quiet and the room looked recently remodeled. Had a microwave and fridge. Was super cheap so if it weren't for the smell, we would have considered this place a huge bargain but you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly.

Towel had a lump of hairs in it , tv screen had goo all over the screen , bottom of my feet where filthy from walking on floor with bare feet , no concession area ,

For the price it wasn't a bad place to stay but as soon as I got there and went to use the restroom I found the handle for the shower inside the bathtub also this Hotel has horrible water pressure can barely wash your hands or shower. I work at a Hotel for almost 20 years & I've never seen one that didn't have a phone or an iron in the room other than that it's in a good area & I felt safe...

Only complaint was the room was extremely dark as no over head lights and the only light n the room was a single table lamp . At the end of the room by the bathroom there was a light over the sink area but that was it. It was dark enough that I was compelled to request an additional lamp. Sadly they did not have one. Other than that, the room was nice. The building is a little older but is good repair. table and chair in room was much appreciated. Microwave and fridge worked. Hot water readily available and good water pressure. As far as I know there is no elevator so expect to use stairs unless your room is on ground floor. Parking is plentiful although some spots take a bit of maneuvering to get into/out of. There is no daily housekeeping but the front desk readily provided extra coffee upon request. Places to eat in walking distance and even one next door. Would I stay here again? That is an easy YES, I would.

The price was fair for a dated property. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. It suited my needs for a quick overnight trip.

Front desk isn't 24 hr. Room was clean except for carpets. The best bed I've had in a hotel. I'd like the king bed that we had in room 314 in my own home. It was that good. Traffic noise. But not so bad in the rear building.

The guy at the counter was really nice and friendly. The room and bathroom were fine, but the sink sprayed water everywhere so you could only turn it on a little bit. Otherwise everything was great. No frills but a great place to stay and cheap.

This place had a high rating so my expectations were hopeful for the price. However, I did not see any reason for the rating. The room was as clean as it could get but there were stains on the chairs and top of the fridge. The street traffic was loud even with all the windows closed.

I had a room with a king-sized bed on the 2nd floor. There was an elevator to bring up my bags and a laundry room (coin-op) on the property. My room was very clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. You can tell the owners take pride in their place and the rates are really reasonable. There was also an adorable little diner across the street called Nancy's that had the best food. Several other places to eat close by. I enjoyed my stay.

The location, theres homeless walking around all the time, and the area not very comfortable, the picture of the room were very far from we found, understandable for the price, but the location kill the willing for one more stay

Amazing view for the price! Small, clean room with everything needed for a stay. For check in there was a number we had to call to have someone check us in and it was an easy process. Housekeeping would come to the room quickly with any necessities if called.

It was a great place to stay! Family owned and operated. So nice to stay somewhere NOT corporate owned.

This property charged me $26 to replace linens with food stains on them, saying they discard the linens instead of washing them.

This is a very decent, family-operated place that‘s probably one of the best deals in the Denver area. Is it a pretty neighborhood? No. Is it an ugly, unsafe neighborhood? Absolutely not. Train and bus are in walking distance. My wife and I stayed there without a car, and would definitely return. It‘s a good option if you want to explore Denver and not spend a fortune on lodging. And don‘t worry about that $80 deposit; it‘s just a hold on the card and will be released promptly if you don‘t damage your room.

Not nearly as nice as the pictures appeared. Chipping paint, patchwork in walkways, but room itself was not too bad. Had very noisy neighbors come back to the room and woke us up after midnight. It continued for so long I called the front desk. They finally addressed it 20 minutes later.

Worst internet I've ever experienced in a hotel. It's advertised at 25 Mbps, but I measured it at 1.84 Mbps. For those who aren't familiar, that's completely unusable. It took over 10 minutes to reserve a time slot to enter Rocky Mountain National Park and caused us to miss our desired entry time. The room itself is old and dingy. The hair dryer in our room didn't work. The bathroom fan is so loud as to be deafening. And we booked a "mountain view" room, but the only view was of the parking lot. There's not a single mountain in sight. I can't imagine how this terrible motel got rated 3 stars.

Our first room was flooded, very dirty, mold & mildew smell. Overall disgusting place. Also a lot of drug activity in the rooms next to us.
