The concept of the hotel was great. My son, a lego lover, really enjoyed interior of the room and treasure hunt. Great access to lego land and lego water park where we spent most of our time.

The room was not cleaned well. There were dusts and small bugs.

I think the only plus side is the property loaded with Lego and the Kids love Lego, breakfast was okay.

The things that i did'nt expected is the cleanlinest of the whole property, we stay at the first floor and when we came out from the Lift it was verry stinky i swear it smells like pee. Also inside my room there was spiders and small lizzard, we call the staff and waited for like 25 minutes until the staff came and smash the lizzard and took it out using our bathroom towel. The carpets in the room also make it worse i dont know whether they clean it regularly or not but it smells.

My kids love the treasure hunt/quiz available in the room. The breakfast is great, definitely value for money. Staff were friendly and professional. The lobby/reception is exceptional. We were thrilled by the pilot ship and available lego bricks for the kids to spend their time. Simply love it!

Stone throw to Legoland, breakfast and of course lots of lego for kids to play, 5 beds in room

I can only say the hotel corridor is large compare to other hotels that i'd ever stay

I started to feel like not to continue my stay after my ADHD daughter being question of having special discount entry ticket to Sea Life Aquarium. Our family moods on the holiday become sour after insisted by entrance staff by name of Sarah to provide evidences that we didn't brought during our vacation causing a long que & made us feel ashame as in we have cheated of my daughter being special. This shouldn't be happening as I bought the ticket from the hotel itself whereby the special rate was being offered by the ticketing staff after she observed my daughters behaviour when she play within the lobby. We felt like discriminated by Sarah of being put on hold for so long.

Friendly and helpful staff, with a lot of activities during this Halloween month. Great buffet spread for dinner and breakfast. The cleanliness is extremely good, we are amazed!

Too bad the swimming pool is under maintenance.

룸컨디션 상이었고 직원들 무지 친절합니다. 조식도 꽤 근사 합니다. 하루는 휴식겸 하루 종일 호텔에만 있었는데 호텔내에 액티비티도 많아서 아이가 지루하질 않습니다. 호텔 조차도 놀이동산 같아요. 그리고 바로 옆에 마트랑 식당 몇개있어서 편히 식사 해결 가능합니다. 호텔 5층에 조그마한 수영장있어서 물놀이 하기 좋습니다. 투숙객 무료 이용 입니다.

I loved the many various types of activities made available for children and kids' participation. Legoland Malaysia is situated (within a 20-minute drive) from either land checkpoint across to/from Singapore. The entire hotel area was designed with Lego's structure (made by Lego) and was delightfully designed with various themes such as Pirates, Princess, Ninja, etc. Facilities such as a swimming pool are available at level 5 of the Hotel premises, and two food and beverages outlets are located at level one, hence quite comprehensive. Within walking distance is the Mall of Medini, which also offers various food and beverage options, including a popular supermarket, BIG.

So far, nothing has created a significant discomfort or dislike for this hotel, with the various theme parks and sea life exhibition area. It is probably suggested that the hotel extend the in-room dining timing for hotel patrons.
