Absolutely beautiful renovations, modern, great kitchen and bathrooms, quiet, private and clean. Stocked with tea and kitchenware, has a washer/dryer, bathtub, garden, parking, a nice neighborhood.

A long walk from the train station, which is still three or four transfers (and many stops) from the center of London. Hard for tourists to navigate when tired or even getting in and out of the main sites. Better for travelers looking for accommodations near things in the southeast parts of London. Not close to groceries but there are small shops within a reasonable distance. Needs a bit more refinement in kitchen...ice cube trays and salt /.pepper type things, as well as outdoor seating.

The fact that I could park our car in front of property, plus we had the drive way too, inclusive as a parking space. And it had all the facilities and appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine. Commuting from here was good too to central London.

It could have been cleaner. We moved the sofa bed to prepare with sheets and there were items underneath it, so we had to vacuum ourselves and the main wardrobe had it's sliding doors not functioning.

If rancid smell of moldy old house is your thing, then that's the right property to book. The property was halfway renovated on the cheap, to look good on pictures. However, instead of ripping off the rotten, moldy bones, they chose to cover it up, so the strong smell will hit you as soon as you open the door. There is no terrace or garden access as they say, and no air conditioning. On 2 June sunny days of barely 22-23 degrees in the shade, the apartment reached sauna temperature (28 degrees minimum) and despite having all the windows open, it didn't cool off, till wee hours of the morning. There's no screening on the windows, so mosquitos are having a feast on you. To add insult to injury, the last night before flying back home, they rented the downstairs apartment to a group of 12 youngsters that partied, yelled and laughed all night. We called and left a message about that to the owner, to no effect. We got out of the bed soaking, bitten, and more tired than we got in. I invite the owners to sleep a couple of summer nights in, before calling this a "luxury 5 stars apartment". The location is remote, and it takes at least 1h and $$ to get anywhere downtown. The price is not cheap, so you are much better off renting a hotel room closer to downtown.

If you wanted to cook there were no bowls or jugs. Advertised as having a garden, yet we couldn't find the entrance. No password for Netflix or Prime if we wanted to watch anything.

It was cold and heater didn't turned on properly. It was fixed promptly.

Fantastick place in a quite Neighborhood, very help full staff, excellent stay.

very clean apartment in a very quiet street, close to bus and train stations Forest Hill and Catford Bridge. A lot of attention to detail and the host was very quick in responding to our messages.

nothing not to like but bear in mind that the double beds are rather small, so if you’re taller than 1.85m and want to sleep 2 in one bed it’s very cosy.

Stayed for 2 nights and it’s a lovely flat , with high quality furnishings, and maintained to high standard, we all felt very comfortable for our stay. Very quiet and perfect distance from train station, and pub when visiting friends. Will stay here again.

When we entered the house for the first time the temperatura inside was +10. Which is not very convenient. :)
