We had such a great time. Damian was awesome super friendly and just overall great customer service. Will definitely come back loved the area.

Good location with airport shuttle

It was a disappointment to see it was on the other side of the bay. Front desk and the restaurant front desk not friendly at all. The servers ere very nice. The restaurant not open for those who stay at the hotel all day. towels were not replaced, old ones not picked up and vry poorly cleaning of rooms.

Very convenient location and great value for the price. Also, Nicole at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

When I checked in they put me in a room in a building outside of the main building next to the pool. There was no elevator just stairs and the outside was set up like a regular Motel, not like a hotel. I walked in the room and it smelled awful. So i went back to the front desk told them I did not like my room and requested a room in the main building. They asked if I was a IHG member then upgraded my room to a 2 queen bedroom in the main building and said, “enjoy your upgrade”. I get in the room and it was great until I got ready to take a shower. There was hair in the shower and green spots on the shower floor. Not sure if it was dried up cleaning supplies or what. Anyway, I didn’t enjoy the shower so I went to target to purchase shower shoes to take another shower later. I requested a late check out since I was a IHG member which allows you to check out as late as 2pm, at 1:25 the house keepers came by and I told them I was still there, then i received a call from the front deck asking if I was a member again, who did I talked to about the late check out and all that. Overall, i would not stay at this hotel again. They charge you for almost everything, nobody is on the same page, and house keeping does not do the best cleaning.

Amazing service!

First of all i booked 2 balcony rooms and was not given 2 balcony rooms. 2nd of all 1 room was one floor and the room was a different floor. 3rd of all they did not accommodate me and my family. I was very disappointed. I want some sort of refund or credit. I am extremely dissatisfied. Especially when i notified expedia about this matter the evening it happened and never received a call or any help.

Building is showing age but room was spacious and clean, service was friendly, area was convenient.

We stayed one night. Family friendly. Beautiful area. Breakfast was delicious. Room and hotel was clean. I recommend it and would stay again.

Overall great trip. No major issues with the hotel or staff and my family had a wonderful time.

Very nice hotel, beds very comfortable. The shower got clogged, but they came to fix it right away at 11pm at night. Incredible hotel cafe, food was so delicious with amazing service. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Not our usual place but for a last minute booking, e we were overall happy with our one night stay.

I requested to be in the main hotel property with the rest of my party but they put me in a completely different section. The air conditioner hardly worked. Friday night party next door and someone tried getting into my room & twice the fire alarm went off while I was about to be asleep.

This Holiday Inn has a great location, with very nice amenities (pool, hot tub, putting green, etc). The hotel is clean, and has a good feel to it, and staff are friendly and competent. All in all, it was a good experience.

Wasn’t greeted and thanked for my status. I had to remind front desk staff of my breakfast tickets. One of our rooms floor was soaking wet. Second room was filled with mold odor. Property has potential, but apparently needs a little more TLC

Nice and clean. Close to everything you need. Midway between beaches and downtown town. 10 to 15 in each direction. Only bad is the stink coming up the bathroom drain was horrible. They poured something in it to help but we had to keep fan on all the time.

Nice place, needs a lot of updating. Be advised that the patios are open. There is no privacy wall so they all open up to a large grassy area. There were maintenance and construction people walking through the area constantly and sometimes stopping and talking to each other. Made it impossible to feel relaxed with people walking by and looking into your room. And forget about being on the patio itself. Bathroom sink is outside of bathroom in what was once a closet I think. Very small and cramped. Room had stale odor. I went and bought a candle because it was so bad. Big bummer since we were there for such a long period of time. The breakfast was good. Good service and very nice people. The whole place just needs a facelift.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite and the location was perfect. Harbor with tons of dining options right across the street. Grocery, gas, and coffee shops all close. The building was a little older but clean and the hotel staff was attentive and took care of everything we needed.

This was a perfect place to stay for 4th of July. We walked across the street to watch the fireworks.

Room was far from the lobby and shuttle to the airport . No elevator in the building where our trim was . We carry up and down our luggage .

Such a long check in time. I know they have a late check in, but so many people got to get checked in early and then our room didn’t really have a bay view though I paid extra for the king premium bay view room. I know they tried to give us a breakfast credit but we told them we would be leaving before breakfast even opens up. Dinner or a drink credit would have been better.
