Great coffee shop and gelato shop close by. Nice to be close to the local bus. The hotel room itself was not that clean, no amenities (coffee, etc). Incredibly uncomfortable bed. Wouldn’t stay again.

The property was nice and good, plenty of restaurants near by. No fridge, but microwave downstairs in common area. Area is about 20-25 minutes from centrale location.

Everything was great!

No iron, never refreshed the towels on a daily basis… as a matter of fact they took our towels and didnt replace them… phone didnt work…. Went to concierge with some questions and concerns and they mentioned that they were too busy to answer general questions. Hahaha we thought they were joking but were so serious. Bathroom has filthy. I really don't recommend this and i never write reviews ,so u know this is bad when i have to start!

Wasn’t as close to all the walking areas. But it was less expensive so if you pay more you stay closer to the city center.

I was just pleasantly surprised with the hotel, because I had looked at many, many hotels, looking for a nice, cheap one. Many were at minimum double the price as you guys; nice, but double the price. Seeing your guys’ hotel, it still looked nice despite the price drop. And, I liked the simple, modern look. This was my second time in Italy, and I really enjoyed the hotel; I liked coming home to it after the end of every day, felt like home. It was about a 15 min walk from all the sights, restaurants, etc that I was going to, but it was okay. Staff was always very nice and helpful, I appreciated that; I even got to use one of your adapters free of charge for my entire stay, because mine didn’t work, and all I had to do was return it. Was moved to a new room because of noise from kids, fast and easy. Had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you! Next time, maybe I’ll even get a nicer room, if available, and possible for me!

The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip.

Service was good but the single room is poorly designed. The shower is extremely small even for an average sized person. Not very generous with the accomations either. Was only given 2 towels (1 small and 1 big), 1 pillow, and no issue box. Buffet was just average.

Good area to walk around as it is flat almost everywhere you go. Plenty to see and good eating out as well. Hotel staffed 24 hours and staff are ready to answer any questions in a variety of languages as well.

Staff were incredibly accommodating after I arrived and realized my dates were mixed up. They got me into the same kind of room I originally booked, and worked with me on a refund for my initial trip. The room was very simple but perfect for a place to rest and clean up between outings. Smart TV meant I could connect and watch my preferred videos/streams, and the lobby had necessities as well as small bites for purchase. Overall a great safe stay I was glad I booked for my time in Florence.

The hotel is in the town centre, which is a walking distance to swveral places of attraction. The front desk personal didnt look receptive, she just had a straight face but did her job well. She even assisted us with an adopter and cable to charge our phones, but no smile. I guesa she was tired. The guy that took over at night was amazing, and the other guy the next day was so great. He even helped us book a taxi and was pleasant about it. The room was cleaned and smelled fresh, I'll definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Will also try other B&B hotels

Good hotel and nice staff but takes around 20 minutes to walk downdown.

We stayed in this hotel from the 21st to 24th of Jun 2023 and the first night was a nightmare, the Air Condition (A/C) did not work at the room and the room was like an oven and it kept dripping water all night and making very announcing noise. I complained to the front desk, and they keep insist its working and they will send somebody to check it out, and nobody did. which ruined our plans the next day as we were exhausted

Everything cool

Hotel is located in the nice area but is badly managed. There was no soap in the shower, walls had no sound proof effects therefore we were able to enjoy audio of erotic shows from the rooms around us. No free water, old towels, etc. very bad management

Nice and clean place, but the walls were super thin, and we had some difficulty sleeping due to the noise in the hallway or other rooms.

Very disappointed , it was really hot in the rooms we ask for a/c and they said that they stop the aircon from working and they can not switch the on. Never again in that hotel.

The place is very close to the city center and easily accessible by car or public transport. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, but all the facilities are a bit run down

Air conditioning did not work during our stay. Had sleepless nights. Rooms very small.

Excellent location for our needs room had plenty room for family of 3 great balcony staff were very friendly and helpfull breakfast a bit basic but was enough overall a great stay and loved Florence
