Comfy beds. Staff all very nice and helpful. Avalon was great!

We had a great stay! Five adults in a room with two queens and the sofa bed. It was plenty of room for us

Our room was invaded by ants specifically the headboards especially the one closest to the window in room 505. We complained and were told Ahmed would process a partial refund. We were offered another room but since it was 2 am I just slept on the sofa. I cleaned up the ants with sanitizer wipes before sleeping on the sofa but by morning they were 50x as many and in my backpack and on the beds.

Staff were nice. Understaffed but very friendly. Nice hotel stay for the concert. Hyatt shuttle is very convenient! Buffet breakfast is good.

This hotel is FULL of ants!!!!!!!!!! They were alll over our room, in the sheets under the pillows. It was horrific and disgusting. The staff did not seemed to be surprised and refused to refund our stay. Do not stay at this hotel. It is disgusting.

The first room given to us was okay. However, the toilet was leaking around the base. Went back to front desk and got a new room. It was terrible!! The toilet was dirty, we killed over 30 ants. lighting was awful, refrigerator was junk (not cool at all), the room was clean but not the little stuff, and the bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted up on it. The restaurant was not open at all. The pool was open but dirty.

We took a quick trip here to see Avril Lavigne at the Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Loved the location because we could Uber or walk to the concert. Also loved having the mall so close to us. Staff was very nice as well!

I was disappointed that my room wasn't ready at the time of check in. I was told that I would recieve a text stating the room was ready. That didn't happen until we had already checked in, hours later. I was also disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave, and that the elevators were glitchy. Asside from those few things, the stay was quite enjoyable.

Terrible experience overall- check in was at 3 PM and wasn’t able to get into a room until after 4 PM because there were no clean rooms available. Finally got one that wasn’t what I reserved. Got woke up at 8 AM the next morning by housekeeping who had an attitude with us when she learned we weren’t checking out for a few hours. Room had no extras at all, definitely bare bones and good if all you need is a place to sleep.

No rooms available at check in, and elevators were out of date on inspections and slightly malfunctioning

The hotel was fairly nice but they were definitely understaffed; the night desk clerk was covering the desk, the bar, and was cooking food. He was doing his best but he could not keep up with the handful of patrons who came to the lobby while I was at The Placery. The service received was good but inefficient.

I was only here for one night but the check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. The young man at the counter was very pleasant, competent and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. There are many good restaurants to choose from close by. And tons of shopping! I recommend staying here.

It was amazing very clean and front seat was very polite and helpful check in was real easy family loved it there was space for all 6 of us comfortably

Excellent! Great staff and very clean.

Went just for 1 night. Had to wait after the 3pm check in due to housekeeping being late. Room was clean, shower was great, breakfast was decent. Didn't know they had free shuttle to the venue, that was awesome. Would stay again, great for the price.

First room didn't have trash cans, working lights or working tv. Moved us to another room that had ants.

Initially i was given a room where bathroom lock was missing. Later they assigned another room where bathroom lock was not working. We was tired of shifting room n stayed within same room. They should check whether room is in good condition or not before assigning. Very poor quality. I sent email of the issue but no response received. The same issues in hyatt place that i reserved in jersey city. Bathroom flush was not working for 3 days and we were required to adjust in other room. I don't recommend hyatt place to anyone.

Great room, great service. Shuttle took us to the amphitheater and picked us up quickly.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at in a while. We had a shuttle to the venue for our concert and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, modern and clean! No question in my mind. We will stay here again for our next concert

Good value

We had to wait for over an hour and half after check in time before we could get our two rooms. One of the rooms had AC trouble and a non technical person was sent to figure out the issue with someone else over the phone. The AC was very loud and either provided very cold or hot air when I tried to adjust the thermostat. After one night of this we got another room which we found out the next day had ants. Someone came and sprayed and was suggesting that this was somewhat normal when it rains. The breakfast was subpar and several of the utensils had dried up food. We spent seven days and for about four days only one of two elevators worked. The working elevator would always take us up from the second floor to the sixth before going down to the lobby level so after a while I just took the stairs. I requested a day’s credit for our suffering and was told that since we booked via Expedia they couldn’t do that. I would need to discuss with Expedia. I’m never booking via Expedia again. Staff was friendly but the overall Hyatt experience was disappointing.

Great place to lay your head down after a show just up the hill. Close to good eats and fun entertainment

The property is close to couple of shopping malls, North point Mall being the main . It has good stores in walking distance

Great place great location

Check in was an absolute joke. Arrived at 345pm and was immediately told that there were no rooms available. We had just driven 3 hours to get there. They said maybe in 15 to 20 minutes. Sat in lounge area for 1 hour and 30 minutes before a room was finally available. Some of the staff seemed like they lacked any genuine concern.
