Horrible experience from the time we got there to check in and the rooms were not ready and they told us by 3pm they would be ready, at 5:45 we were still trying to get checked into our rooms and everyone we talked to told us a different story. When we finally got into our rooms the blankets had blood on them and we had to call for new ones. The next morning we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they entered our room anyways. The last night we were there a guy got on the elevator when it opened (you have to use a key to access) he got off at our level and followed us and then proceeded to eat left over food outside everyone’s doors and tried getting into peoples rooms. Bad bad experience, we will never stay there again.

It was a great deal compared to most of the resorts on the strip.

I guess times are tough. As a casino, NYNYhas decided live croupiers are largely unnecessary, so they have just a few, at least from 1pm to8pm. Waiting for a seat at the few tables that were staffed was a new experience. having forsaken humans, NYNY has given over most of the enormous floor space to ever more garish machines whose blaring cacophony of rings dings and clicks is a perfect soundtrack for hell on earth. Ok, that’s just generic casino. But the hotel internet is terrible, deliberately so I think to deprive those trying to flee by going to their rooms any diversion within. What about the TV you ask? Mine didn’t work. Calling the front desk means a recording, a long wait, and the background sounds of the roller coaster which continues into the wee hours, another reminder that the only way to escape the noise is to return to the casino floor, where that noise obliterates all others. Unsurprisingly, I developed a stomach ache. The remedy: some pepto tablets from one of the weird Casino bodegas. The price: $12.00. And the price to use the ATM: $12.00. So there is a symmetry to the ways NYNY outrageously rips you off. Again i know all this could be said about many places in Vegas. But NYNY in particular is especially dedicated to rewriting the maxim that the customer is always right. Their version: The customer is always to be wronged.

I loved everything except ridiculous Resort Fee. The pool was closed and I don't use hotel gyms.
The room we rented was spacious. The closet had plenty of room. There was also a mini fridge .
We loved the tub as it fits two people. Good water pressure.
I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet our floor was. The mattress was comfortable and housekeeping was fantastic.
The casino downstairs had various dinners and cafes. We enjoyed breakfast at America.
There is a rollercoaster and other attractions.
Eataly is very close and has great food ( except pasta).
We also enjoyed Fly Over located short work across the bridge

We booked this hotel early for a convention stay and had a non refundable booking. On our way in I checked rates which were lower than what we paid. Next time we may wait until last minute. The location was good and the hotel was very clean. Overall good choice.

Had to move rooms as shower from above room leaked into my shower, no compensation/ benefit given for inconvenience. Everything fine bar that although roller coaster noisy for roller coaster facing rooms.

Had a great stay there. The rooms have been refurbished and it was very comfortable - decent size, big bed and the bathroom was perfectly fine with a shower over the bath. Everything was clean and we saw plenty of staff out cleaning and servicing. It's obviously on the less exclusive end of offerings in Vegas but for a quick bite it was decent enough with enough choice for anyone. All the staff we encountered were great. Prices a little less than at some of the other casinos. All in all, it was a good stay and recommended for a bit of fun in Vegas but not at a crippling cost.

I used to love New York New York, was my favorite hotel. But now it's just too dark and feels old. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in another room and their room didn't seem clean. Had a can of alcoholic drink and a vape in the room when they got to their room. It's very noisey with the roller coaster.

Love the New York New York so much to do great restaurants and amentias

Our stay was very nice. Beautiful room. We were in the soho New York double queen. The only thing about the room was that there wasn’t a refrigerator. Also so many fining choices in the hotel. Loved it.

I have been to Las Vegas more than a dozen times and have stayed at the NewYork New York 3 times. This time was a solo trip for me and I wanted to stay somewhere that I could be safe and still have plenty to do. The casino, restaurants and shops were nice.
However, the hotel check-in was chaotic - they ended up charging me $300 at check-in instead of the customary $150 hold on the credit card. The shower was not clean, there was no tissue in the restroom and there was no soap or shower gel. When I asked the housekeeper for some shower gel, she said she did not have any. I paid to upgrade my room so that I could have a strip view and the windows were so filthy I could barely see out of them (I am not a neat freak). Lastly, the safe in the room did not work. I will not be staying here on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Fun hotel and casino.

The staff working at this hotel have a severe attitude problem. They genuinely dont care about whether guests have had a good stay. I had a number of issues including having to change rooms and not being able to leave the vicinity of the hotel for half a day as not being available would mean losing my booking. The room change was a choice made by the hotel and not something i requested. I needed help with a couple of small issues and every person I dealt with was so keen to get another person to deal with the issues rather than just helping. When i raised the issues with the manager on duty they responded "what do you want from this" then when i offered a solution they just responded "thats not going to happen" no apology or acknowledgement was ever offered. The staff absolutely ruined my short stay in vegas as everything felt like a battle. All of my requests were really small things such as taking delivery of one parcel from amazon which they are set up to do.
I travel frequently and have particular experience of the USA and have never experienced such poor and hostile service. I absolutely hated my stay at NYNY and hope others have a better experience than I did. Id recommend that service staff maybe get some additional training on what customer service in the hospitality industry should look like.

Very clean and our room was very nice.
Check in was horrible!
Not enough people that were checking people in and most of them acted like they didn’t even see you standing in a very long line to check in.

Everything was good

Very Fun and friendly atmosphere.

Has everything you need from a hotel on the LV strip without being overwhelming. We always stay at NYNY.

The lack at attention to cleanliness is astounding these days. My room had food crumbs on counters, floor, and couch. Mini fridge was filthy and had leftover, opened food in it. Toilet had hair on it and bathroom floor looked like it needed a mopping.
The only saving grace was the friendly, helpful staff.
4.2
Close to everything and the staff is super friendly and helpful!
4.2
The room and casino were nice. we really liked the vibe of the room. We wish there would have been a refrigerator and a better quality hair dryer in the room.
4.2
We had Requested a quiet room… the room had the roller coaster beside it, it operated past midnight, very noisy! requested a different room, denied
4.2
Conviently located with great food offerings at the hotel itself
4.2
I just one night it was a quiet room hope they have more light in the hallway to feel safer also some towels doesnt smell fresh. The one thing good is the front concierge stagf is very helpful and good at what they do.
4.2
So everything was good except there was No Refrigerator No Microwave and No Coffee Maker. I can do without the Microwave and Coffee Maker but not having a Refrigerator is really not good! There is a spot for it however. So we asked about it at the front desk and the response is you have to pay for the more expensive room to get a Refrigerator. It's just $30 more a day! What? You can buy a Refrigerator on Amazon for $129.

I loved the efficiency of the hotel check in process. There was a long line when I arrived to check in. An efficient agent came up to me, asked for my reservation copy and checked me in on her iPad. I was in my room about 10 minutes after I checked in.
4.2
Self check in was so quick and easy! The room was quiet and we felt very safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome!! Overall a wonderful stay.
4.2
Great price and location, however we had no fridge in our room or a coffee maker…!
4.2
The self check in not so great. Not enough staff for those who want a traditional check in.
4.2
Music was so loud outside our room till midnight & we needed to retire early for an early flight so didn’t get much sleep.
4.2
Electronic check in is not efficient at this hotel. Rooms were not ready on time. Crowds of mad people waiting in the lobby. Room/bath were just average. A/C worked great!
4.2
Love the location and easy check in/checkout
4.2
Love the vibe inside the hotel with the music always playing and creating a good vibe. Very cold in the casino compared to other hotels. Able to walk across to MGM Grand where Hakkasan night club is. Not confusing to walk to your room but a long walk still. 1 restaurant we had an issue at with the food not being great and the lady saying its not her job to run the food, so she let it sit for 5 mins. The piano bar is also fun. Room was smaller and the bathroom could be nore updated but for the price you get what you get. It was clean and bed was comfy. We could see the roller-coaster from the room and you could hear it but it was not so loud it was any bother. Rooms are not sound proof, so the people walking the halls can be loud in the middle of the night. Overall been to way worse hotels.
4.2
The only reason it was a 4 and not a 5 was that my room was facing the outdoor roller coaster and it was quite loud.
4.2
1) Not enough staff to help check in. Had to self check.
2) Lack of staff to help circumvent the elevators, tower location, etc
3)Room TV Inoperable even after tech tried
4)TV Tech had poor attitude.
5)Twice had difficulty finding a Valet for almost an hour.
6)No in room water or coffee or honor bar.

This hotel is very large and easy to get lost in. It was difficult to find staff to help you. The parking situation was so confusing, we left our car in the parking deck for the entire stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
4.2
Had a great time…casino was nice and rooms were great. Pool was very nice and staff all friendly.
4.2
Mixed feelings about this hotel overall not bad but no coffee tea maker or fridge. Room was a good size and beds firm and comfortable.
On checking out was presented with an incorrect invoice, billed an extra night and charged wrong resort fees. Girl agreed but said was unable to rectify so it was charged to my account. Still trying to sort it out.
4.2
The hotel was nice. I was surprised there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. I would have wanted both of these next time I stay in Vegas.
4.2
Fantastic hotel, so much to do inside, and not too expensive. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel. The only down side was the volume of the music from the pool which vibrated through our room when we tried to have an afternoon nap. Even though we would rate it 10/10
4.2
Really cool hotel to stay at for our first time in Vegas. It had a cool look to it, inside and out. Plenty of food options. I was impressed our room was cleaned every day and bed was made. That no longer seems common. Parking was easy, using the app made it easier to get in and out.
