Couldn’t turn the heat on in the room. No additional blankets. Limited and late breakfast. Waiting 40 minutes for a front desk clerk upon check in

Walls are too thin, way too much noise above me and to the sides, I can hear tv, showering, and phones vibrating, nosey guest . Why was Roswell police harassing the parking lot with their flood lights on this is Alpharetta? Don’t keep knocking on my door if I said no thank you

Elevator certificate expired in 2023 so you may want to get that updated quickly for safety. The desk chair in our room was peeling badly and needs replaced. The handle on the curtains was sticky and gross. Major gap under door of our room with so much light coming in. Outlet by sofa sleeper coming out of wall. Sofa sleeper mattress was dirty and disgusting. Paper towel stuffed in peep hole which was odd.

The elevator takes a full 30 seconds to close. They say they like it like that, and won't change it. Plan your time accordingly.

My room smelled moldy. Hair in the bathroom. A/C was good and cold . Forget about trying to make breakfast at 9:30am. The staff rushed through and started putting everything while people were waiting to make a waffle.

The owners of the property were actually really nice. Very accommodating. But the place needs to be renovated. The cleanliness there's a lot of things that need work. Who wasn't working on 96° day. But it served the purpose. A remodel would do good.

Thought this hotel would be best to stay while in town for a Rock concert since it was close to the amphitheater. The front desk staff was very kind however the room itself was not the standard that was described. The room definitely needs to be updated. The bathroom shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed since it was curved & at an angle. No maid service was completed during our 2 night stay. Very limited on towels & there was no coffee pot but there was a fridge & a microwave. Some of the electrical outlets did not work & a few light bulbs were missing from the lamps. There was a random coffee table in the bathroom under the sink. The office rolling chair was extremely worn out & looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. The WiFi & AC worked great but the room itself needs major updates.

Rooms are very large with a separate couch area. There was both a refrigerator and small microwave in the room. There is a working ice machine and guest laundry on the first floor. Front desk was very friendly. Only negative was a disappointing breakfast buffet but on balance it was a delightful property.

Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating! House keeping was great as well! Continental breakfast was fantastic! Also felt incredibly safe, being a single mom traveling that’s hard to find. We will 100% rebook at this hotel on all of our trips to Georgia!

We stayed one night for a concert. The venue was less than 2 miles away super convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. Check in was easy, the gentleman who check me in was great. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. 10 out 10 would recommend 💕

Older property. Hallways stink of cigarette smoke. Room was infested with ants. Tub drain clogged. By the time you finish a shower you are standing in 4 inches of dirty water. Had to get out and wash my feet.

The staff at the property were very friendly and courteous, the breakfast is ok...loved the baked potatoes but the facility is abit old. I loved it because it is quiet and close to a lovely 2miles trail if you love to walk in the nature.

We had ants in our room and now in our laundry bag as we head home. Our room was clean but had an odd smell. There was oatmeal out for breakfast but no hot water available and no microwaveable bowls. When I asked the staff they had no suggestion on how to make it. Due to allergies we’re limited on what we can eat so that was frustrating. We were able to find something else.

I booked this hotel and when ai arrived they didn’t have a reservation in my name and they did not have a room available. The only room they had did not have a/c. Poor planning on someone’s part.
