This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at stains on sheets I had to buy my own sheets and pillow cases because I had my 6 year old daughter with me. Shower was not cleaned had hair all in it. Had to disinfect. And to top it off the ceilings had leaks in it and patched up walls look like it was busted before and they patched it up. Do not recommend.

When I arrived the power was out. The utility company was working on the issue but couldn’t guarantee when it would be fixed. I went and had dinner yet when I returned the power was still out. They suggested I find another hotel. I called hotels.com after finding another hotel . I gave them the reservation number from my confirmation email which you claim was not valid????? I called again the next day with the same response? YOU HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ! Lousy lousy customer service . Never will I book with such a terrible company again . ALL PROPLE NEED TO BE AWARE !

I was on a business trip and as a female by herself, I felt very safe. The staff always greeted me. The room was very spacious. I had many choices for dining out.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but I think they should make maintenance plans for the property, since it will deteriorate if they don't take care of it.

The only thing is concerning, is that I have a child and there’s people around the property smoking weed and the smells gets into the room, also there’s need to be a little more maintenance to the furniture, but after all, the stay is amazing

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. Everyone greeted us with a smile and a hello. Always asking if we needed anything. The room was large comfortable and immaculate. Pool was refreshing and clean. Exercise room is above expectations. The breakfast spread was first class. 5 stars all around!

Staff was how do u say uninviting no house keeping unless requested we found out on our last night.

My family found the restroom toilet leaking problem and report to front desk 9: 30pm
But, until 10:30pm no one responded.
So, i have been front desk again and asked the worker please call manager for solve the problem.
After that (I looking for manager), they want to change the room.
My kid need to sleep but 10:40pm we have to move to other room....

I thought it would be nice because of the name "Hyatt," but the room smelled old and there were cockroaches crawling around. It's a place I would never want to go to again.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. We had a room that had two beds and a pullout sofa bed that accommodated our whole family. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had one of if not the best shower I cane remember having in a hotel room. The breakfast was good and had many choices. The front desk attendant I believe was the manager AJ was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Terrible Air flow in the room. It was 3 of us and we booked room with 2 beds, but when we arrived we were told that they only had a room with 1 king bed and there is a pull out sofa, ok, we thought it would be fine, but they didn't even have a blanket for 3d person, which we paid for. Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs tasted like garbage, coffee was awful, paper plates and cups didn't help. I would never again book something like that.

I have stayed at the Hyatt in other locations and have always found the breakfast to be exceptional, unfortunately that was not the case at the Hyatt at John's Creek. The location is ideal, and the short walking track behind the hotel is really nice, but the breakfast is lacking. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay at a Hyatt.

I was supposed to have a handicap room with 2 double beds. The hotel overbooked the handicap rooms and was put in a King room with 4 adults. The room had a pull-out sofa, which is where I had to try and sleep. That was the worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on and there were no pillows. The motel was clean but very dated. The breakfast buffet was just okay.

Hotel was in nice area of Atlanta but facility did not live up to the surroundings. One of our beds had dirty sheets, pillowcases and comforter. Breakfast was less than stellar as well. We expected more from Hyatt Place and what we paid.

This place was EXCELLENT all around! The owner or head manager was on sight making sure everything was handled efficiently and in timely manner. Hope all Hyatt Places are to this standard because will be adding it to my hotel repertoire. I am a known hotel snob (ha ha) and was very pleased!!!

There was a group of guests sitting in the lobby as we walked in with stuff laying around, they were talking and laughing so loud the receptionist had to talk really loud and I had to bend in to hear him. Never seen that before. That gathering area should be in another area.

Didn’t know what to expect when we booked this stay but I am so glad we chose this hotel for our trip! The staff was welcoming everytime we came through the doors. Staff was friendly and made the stay positive. The hotel was very clean and updated which is a huge positive. We didn’t eat breakfast here during our stay so can’t speak on that but they have a bar which is awesome for late night drinks!!

My family was having a medical emergency at Emory John creek so we booked a room because we didn’t know if they would let us stay. We were able to stay and and tried to cancel room and no refund .. I personally think this company doesn’t honor what it stands for we were have an emergency and I thought that this motel would have worked with us but no.. will not recommend hotel. Com or this hotel ever ..
