This was one of the nicest , clean and comfortable room we stayed in on our vacation

Check in took a bit. I was allowed to check in via app, but wasn’t allowed to get digital key until they saw my identification. Took a while.

Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast attendants were so helpful and kind to me and my granddaughters. We really enjoyed our stay.

Presidential Suit, was a good price for the space.
Not the most modern, but has open floor layout. And came with cute towels folded into swans.
The pool was crowded, but its neat that you can splash around inside and outside in one. Plus its open till midnight.
This hotel seems good for couples, and families with children.
We would stay here again.

The staff person at check was super efficient. Multi-tasking 3 customers - 1 on phone, 2 in person. I was in a hurry as I was running late for an engagement, but the woman had me checked in in no time at all!

We were there visiting Grizzly tools for the weekend and to watch march madness. After checking in and have dinner went back to the room to find out CBS was block due to contract and TBS,TNT were pixelated and were not able to watch. The front desk just said it's happen at my home to. They asked like this is the normal and no TV in the lobby. and would like a total refund. Thank you
I end up going across the street and sitting on a bar stool for 5 hours. not a good experience.

Our room was dirty. Having many stays in Hampton hotels. This was the worst property I've ever stayed at. Furnishings were worn out. Dust on the headboards and elsewhere. Toilet was dirty. And after looking at another room, it was no better.

No dish washing detergent in kitchen area, no utensils or dishes. I had brought my own but would have been nice to know before. people who use the fire exits instead of elevator let the door slam right outside our door which we got use to, but at first was scary. But overall an .excellent stay and will stay again. Thank you !

The Hampton was great, however check-in was difficult because the desk clerk told me that Hotels.com had cancelled my reservation and they had no record that I was indeed booked at their hotel. Luckily they had a room available and after contacting Hotels.com, everything was finally cleared up. It took me 45 minutes to check in. Hotel staff was very accommodating and if they were indeed contacted that my reservation had been cancelled, it was a mistake of Hotels.com. I don't know if I'll book through you again.
