Great location, nice staff, and very nice, comfortable room..

We stayed here two nights in August. Das Tyrol is a small boutique hotel with wonderful service and located within walking distance to many attractions. We felt safe and just loved the area overall. The room was comfortable, it was clean, and breakfast was great. Peter offered us a glass of champagne upon arrival. Bonus details: * be sure to book your free time in the private spa. The steam room and dry sauna are yours for an hour. * this place has a lot of mirrors. Heads up. * buy a tram pass and ride to all the attractions. The votive, Parliament, and don’t miss City Center in the summer. It’s a beer garden and great fun for everyone. Lots of food, too. * there is no parking so don’t drive here. We had to be dropped off.

A very lovely hotel right in the city center. Great location with many venues within walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and kind. Eduard was excellent and went out of his way to help us. My son left his piano sheet music at home and wouldn’t have been able to participate in important music instruction without them. Eduard helped us by printing all of the pieces. He also helped store a birthday cake for us for a surprise celebration while in Vienna. There are many nice hotels in the vicinity but I always appreciate the kindness and the quality of service by staff, and this hotel certainly values high customer experience. Thank you Das Tyrol for helping to make our stay in Vienna a wonderful one!

The room was vert creatively appointed and the hotel offered a private steam room on its premises, by reservation (free) which was wonderful too. And great location

A 30 room property with great multilingual staff. In typical European fashion, the rooms are small compared to USA normal. But… very upscale, modern, with adorable art and ‘stuffm

This is an amazing little hotel. I cannot say enough good things. The staff treat the guests like treasures and are very helpful. They have a stash of charging cords and plugs they will loan you. The decor is very artsy and modern in the style of art. There are a lot of nice touches in the room. Heating rack on the wall for towels, your room key card turns on the power to the room. The rooms are well insulated and I never heard noise from other guests. I do like to sleep with my windows open and late at night like 2-3 am were noises pedestrians on the street adjacent to my room. The location is perfect too. Up the hill are a lot of restaurants and shops. There is an indoor mall about a 10 minute walk that has a big electronics store in case you forget to pack something and the hotel does not have what you need. Also up the hill is a gelato place. Down the hill is where you go for the museums and Hofburg. The hotel will order transport to the airport. Cab fare was 52 euros. I plan to return to Vienna and will stay here if any rooms are available. The only negative-the usb ports and outlet receptacles were behind lamps and not easy to access. Also no USB-C ports, only type A.

We highly recommend Hotel Das Tyrol. The front desk employees were most helpful throughout our stay. They recommended bike trips and restaurants as well as key sites to visit. The downstairs spa was a perfect way to end a busy day. A convenient made to order breakfast was a healthy way to start our day.

Great hotel with perfect location, very clean and helpful staff. The room was smaller than I expected - not very useful for 2 people, quite tight. The rest was awesome

We loved this hotel and want to go back. It is in an excellent location, the rooms are small and cozy, the staff is helpful and it was very clean. Breakfast took longer than expected and we needed to eat quickly to get to our bike group. We booked the spa for an hour which is included and the steam and sauna were so nice. Loved it all!

Among the best hotels I’ve ever visited. Clean, modern, exceptional facilities. Quiet, even just adjacent to a very busy area. Exceptional staff; incredibly helpful and attentive. Could not recommend the Das Tyrol more highly.

Excellente location at walking distance from everything you want to see in Vienna. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are the best, they go above and beyond to make sure you are feeling welcome. I will come back here next time when in Vienna. Moreover, there are plenty of places to eat and you are across the street from the museum Quartier. You will not regret staying here.

Well equipped room (a $600 Dyson hair drier ) pod coffee machine, very comfy bed, great staff cant do enough for you. Its only a small hotel BUT it has a big Personality.The question is would I go back to that hotel and the Answer is YES.

One of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at. Room has amazing lighting and cozy atmosphere. The staff were wonderful helping us get a tailor last minute to hem my wives ball gown, and overall answering plenty of questions for us. Within walking distance of all the big museums and the palace. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. We will definitely be returning.

Luxury at its best! Suites are beautiful and equipped with many modern touches. Private spa on the bottom floor, perfect after a long day or right before the flight. Wonderful staff and cute bar/restaurant area. Highly recommend

The design aspects and quality of materials and attention to detail of this hotel and its rooms are the most beautiful I have seen most anywhere in the world - and I travel the the world in great style. Just BEAUTIFUL!

The property was designed uniquely by the owner. It is very quite and beautiful place.. For vegetairan like me it is difficult to get food. But staff helped me with all what i needed.. I am going to stay in same hotel if i go to Vienna again.

It is beautiful…as only a 50 room hotel can be. Particularly given the impeccable taste of the owner. Spectacular and plentiful original pieces APC art. A unique attentive deco. Even the dinner ware was of the highest quality. A large, five star, name brand hotel could never offer the artistry nor the comfort of this special hotel.

Nice hotel and great deal for being so central to everything. Parking is challenging if you expect on site parking - as we did since that’s how the property is advertised. Recommend to add note to property description about parking being in a public underground area 5 minutes away.

I highly recommend. Location is central on a street of cafes and shopping. Major sites are all around it. Decor was fresh and new. Very comfortable beds and robes.

Outstanding boutique hotel. The staff couldn’t have be more friendly and helpful. They truly made you feel welcome. We had a deluxe room which was included a queen size bed and small sofa. The facility and room was well decorated. Very colorful and four star amenities. Lovely breakfasts in a quaint dining room. Best of all is the location. One block from the Museum Quarter and 10 minutes walk to Hofburg Palace. The Das Tyrol is also close to countless shops, restaurants, cafes and bakery. This is and outstanding hotel and if your visiting Vienna the perfect place to stay.
