Older property, really well-located in a bohemian inner suburb of Vienna. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Great local pastry and coffee shop nearby. Excellent self-service laundromat very close. Tram access to stations and central Vienna.

The lobby was nicely cleaned and I thought the rooms would be in similar standard. However, there were strings of hair on the bed when I first received the room, and the furnitures are quite old or damaged. I also found mold in the bathroom and closet, which is the most unacceptable spec for me. P.S. My friend said that the wifi did not work properly in his room too.

The hotel was close to transport options. It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was bright and airy . The breakfast was good. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very nice place.

This was a convenient place to stay. Close to central Vienna. Underground metro and street trains are easily managed. Great restaurants in the area. It on a busy street with a lot of street noise at times.

The place is a little old but was great for our stay! I wish we were a little closer to the heart of Vienna but I appreciated that the parking was a little cheaper than other places and it was safe! The staff was great and the free breakfast was lovely!

Sink issue in the bathroom

The fact that the floor was never cleaned perfectly specially under the bed is not good! Everything else is very nice!

We liked the location.

First of all, I and my wife checked in after 15:00 o'clock and We have been given our key card, we came to our room but room was not ready yet. Housekeeper was still hoovering the room and we had to wait outside. Secondly, the Room curtain corners were coming off from the hanger and early in the morning there's light inside the room! Lastly, internet was very slow and kept disconnecting and sometimes internet is unavailable. We informed the issue at reception but no result. Housekeeping service was done everyday, room was cleaned properly and nicely, bed was comfortable, heating system was very good. In my opinion location is perfect for travelling all around the city and specially for Muslim travellers like us as lots of Halal restaurants and takeaway's are within 5 minutes of walking distance. As a 3 star Hotel they should have at least a kettle and tea or coffe in the room. We missed tea or coffee during our 4 nights of stay.

Very good, Cheap hotel perfect for traveling on a budget. Breakfast was not worth it tho.

The room is kept clean, and all employee's service was so nice. There is no amenities like hard soap, body lotion, toothpaste etc., so you should remember to take your own.

We booked for two; our room was quite spacious. We truly felt that we got our money's worth. Note that this is a 3-star hotel. The staff is friendly. We stayed in December, and the hotel is always warm. We only used the AC for one time on a freezing day for 30 min. If you need a refrigerator in the room, there isn't one. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and each side was sufficient for one person. We purchased breakfast, and we're glad we did. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and diverse. If you're from a culture with a strong breakfast tradition, your expectations might not be met, but this is in Austria, a city in Europe :) There was a coffee machine, numerous herbal teas, and even a teapot if you preferred! Cheeses, sauces, cereals, and fruits were genuinely diverse. We couldn't have eaten anything outside for that price. They constantly refill the products during breakfast. They ask for your room number during breakfast; please don't be bothered by this because it's part of their process :) You can get off at U3 Landsraße station and walk, but it might be challenging with luggage as the road is a bit inclined towards the hotel. Exit the U-Bahn (make sure to take the correct exit and ask for or get directions); you can take tram 5 and get off in front of the hotel after 2 stops. The hotel is not in the center, but reaching the center is very easy. If I hear of someone visiting Vienna, I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Rooms were cold on Jan 11, Windows had air leaks, breakfast wasn't great, Rooms and bathrooms outdated. You get what you pay for. Good for overnight short stay

Fairly basic hotel on the edge of the central district. Room was clean and comfortable, but hallways and common areas were very run down. Our room didn’t have a window over the busy street, so it was quiet. Hotel is at the intersection of two tram lines and well connected to transit, regional rail and U-Bahn station is walkable. It was a bit overpriced for what you get, but this was during the Christmas season so not surprising.

Rooms very modest. Cleanliness could be better. I played 320 Euro with breakfast. Cheap breakfast.

Good clean hotel. Conveniently placed a short tram ride to the centre or a 20 min walk. Breakfast good buffet style

Rooms need refurbishing, ac was not working, only heating no cooling. Breakfast was okay, front lady Nadine was kind and helpful cannot say the same for any other staff. Location is decent though.

Pictures made it look like multiple rooms but all 5 beds were in 1 room. Wasn’t ideal. Good location overall.

Pleasant reception staff. The hotel is not new so some signs of ageing but perfectly clean and functional. Some noise as trams rumble by but is on two routes (5 & 49 close by) so good for transport to the centre. As they don’t run all night this is a bonus rather than a problem. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Would recommend if you want a middle priced hotel in convenient location.
