Our room was very clean and comfortable and a good location. The roof top terrace bar was lovely with great views of the London skyline. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was fairly noisy at night with siren.

We only stayed one night at the end of a long two week, eight country European tour. This hotel was just what we needed. Beautiful, clean, great staff and in a good area.

The food and staff is fantastic at their Three O Two Restaurant (both presentation and quality)…and the 8th floor bar and terrace is amazing, but unfortunately the hotel is down the street from an ambulance service, with sirens constantly 24/7.
Overall it’s a great hotel, with noise issues. Earplugs or sound machines are imperative if you want a good nights sleep!

Room was a bit small and the bed was hard but everything else was good. Rooftop bar had a great view. Breakfast was very expensive for 29 GBP in my opinion. Nice staff and clean.

Relly nice, friendly and clean hotel with great view if lucky. If you are a light sleeper the street noise might become an issue.

We would definitely recommend staying here. Lovely comfortable room with very comfortable bed. Great bathroom/shower and quality bathrobes.
Would be simpler if the wi fi password was available on a card in the room rather than have to scan a barcode as not everyone is very conversant with this facility.
Good location near the elephant and castle area and a good bus stop just outside.

Hotel was clean, view from 8th floor room was very good. Pillows were not to my comfort level. Staff were good, kindly kept our bags for us.

Nice hotel with great views from higher level levels. A bit out the way but not too far from Elephant & Castle or Lambeth North. The room was lovely, clean and with simple and quality decor. Mattress was a little based for us but with the blackout curtains and fairly good sound proofing (from the street not the halls) we managed good nights sleep. Coffee machine didn't work which was a shame. Staff were helpful and we would consider staying again.

Overall a good stay. The wifi didnt work day one in our room, but they got it working day two after some communication confusion. Overall, they did make it happen and were nice about it. We would stay here again.

A lovely hotel conveniently situated near Waterloo. Easy walking distance to all the South Bank attractions. Very clean and great service.

Newer and more modern Hotel. Within walking distance of Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace & London Eye. On-site Spanish Restaurant was by far one of the best restaurants we visited during the 2 week trip to the UK.
