I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you had to make your own bed (sofa bed).
No options for allergies at breakfast. Only unhealthy options.
Staff helpful when questions asked but it felt like being a guest was a burden.
Shuttlebus was great to be offered.
A short walk to shopping area, which was great.

The place was okay. The manager who checked us in was rude and no pleasant. The area we had our luggage to be held smelled and messy. Our room key didn't work and the room had stains red stain on the bed and curtains. The pool wasnt clean and the shower had the water all over the floor. Didn't enjoy my stay at all. It was disappointing.

The Hotel is nice,surrounded by shopping areas. The only dislike was the pool,after my sons came out,their skin was irradiated.

The staff was extremely helpful shuttle was right on time breakfast was ok I would have liked more variety room was very nice bed comfortable but to high to get into room could have been cleaner and I did not like having to go get towels but all in all I think I would stay again

The only thing I didn't like about this stay is that the guests were extremely inconsiderate. All hours of the night and early morning they were in the hallway speaking very loud. Outside of that. This is the only hotel I stay in when I visit S. Florida. Staff is nice. The hotel is clean and convenient for all my needs. Breakfast is always amazing, hot and well tended to.

I have no real likes. The staff was not helpful asked a staff member a question, responded asked the front desk they didn’t know. Feel like all staff should be informed.

Housekeeping is not good they don’t clean and when asking for help they are not nice. But the front desk staff aren’t bad at all very helpful.

I had to go downstairs to find out when would my room be cleaned it was already the 4th day there and the room wasn’t touched. Because no one checked the room I had to go down and get tissue and towels.

place is clean. the only thing I wish they had was oatmeal or some kind of other cereal like Cheerios for people that have to eat gluten free. bananas have been great too with the fruit. could have muffins in plastic wrap. it just been great not just to eat yogurt. oatmeal have been great too. they're all no the place was nice

Really nice location, stayed at the Comfort Suites Close to shopping the sofa in the room was stained, and tiles in the shower was not grouted. Food was okay, extremely busy the elevator long long wait.overall for cost it was safe and gave a good bang for your buck.

The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars this trip is because the room has a musty smell, like the carpet was wet and didn't dry properly. This made my sinus issue worse. I'm always pleased with my room overall.
