Good size and well-appointed property. We had a 2-bedroom unit and suited out needs perfectly.
The unit had a balcony with a great view of the Sky Tower.

was nice although got very hot at night with limited ability to cool it down
Air con wasn’t sufficient for space

Based on customer service I wouldn’t hurray back as there is far better options in Auckland

It was a great stay and very nicely laid out apartment. I would have given it a top rating except for the TV. Could not access Channel One even after complaining about this. No streaming channels available only free to air minus TV One.

Location was good, room was great and clean as a whistle except for the living room rug. Someone tracked something around and left the rug needing a deep clean. Nothing the regular cleaning people could have dealt with. Looked like grease. We had a terrific view including a balcony with table and chairs off the living area. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer too.

A good central location, and the rooms are large and light. Love the balcony, and the coffee machine. The staff are friendly, and, I have seen some complaints about parking, but when I was there (Monday/tuesday) there was LOTS of street parking behind the hotel… hourly rate but free overnight, so was perfect for my needs. Second time staying and it was much cleaner this time (last time there were some minor renovations going on, which was the reason).

The overall stay was great. Ran into some issues with a non-working television that was repaired the next day. We were offered a late checkout on our departure day which was appreciated.
There was also a metal bar on the sliding entrance that was not fastened securely, a potential trip hazard since I use a cane to walk- but luckily I did not trip.

Staff were friendly on check in and check out. We couldn’t hear noise coming from other rooms or the hallway even though they were fully booked. The room had a very musty, funky smell when we came into it. The bathroom shower and sink drainage had mould that you could see in the crevices.

Overall this was a great property. The penthouse suite offered space for my family of 4. Very clean, beautiful view of the city from at least 3 sides, and the balcony offered great outside space. I would return on my visit to Auckland.

The pipes/ people in the hotel were really noisy and kept us awake most of the night. Conditions of the room were definitely dated/ need a redo (swollen cabinets in kitchen.)
Positive of the stay was that we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite however wasn't really needed as only 2 of us staying.

Very clean and comfortable. Great shower and beautiful towels. Very noisy bar close by that kept me awake until 2am both friday and saturday nights. Beds were ok.

Check in took a long time (with long queue behind me) and was very arduous with 3 separate payments required. I have yet to receive my invoice although I was promised to receive it same day by email. The second bedroom of the suite was incredibly dusty in the corners (thick layers) that I was quite concerned for the health of my elderly parents sleeping in that room. The suite was functional and location is good but lacked ambience. $40 for one night of parking seems very expensive especially since have to pay again at 10am next morning. Property has promise, but overall it was an 'average' experience.

The rooms are clean and the kitchen is quite well-stocked with nepresso pods and small packets of UHT milk.
The bed rooms have no air-conditioning and thus it can get quite stuffy and we have to keep our doors opened during the night.

The hotel is in a good location and the apartments are spacious but I found some of the things in the room were not up to standard for a property of this type. No hairdryer in room so needed to call down to reception. Very cheap 1 ply toilet paper so kept tearing every time I needed it so went and bought my own from the local supermarket. Very few glasses and cups for a 2 bedroom apartment. A toilet that didnt flush properly. A shower that leaked onto the floor as the seals were not good quality. A bizarre check in service where the cafe and reception were the same thing manned by only one person so you had long waits if there were several people at reception. It really was just all a bit strange.

Everything was good except at 10pm at night the 'night manager' burst into my room unannounced and without knocking first. It truly scared me and I couldnt sleep that night. His reason was apparently I was meant to get a room upgrade and be in a different room that night, so he thought my room was empty and there was a barking dog complaint he was investigating. None of it made sense. It was truly worrying. Otherwise I would have had a great stay. But that made me feel unsafe

Place was great in terms of space for the room. But very warn. Miss and mold on the terrace. We wanted a terrace area to enjoy the skyline at night. But the seats and floor surface had mildue and mold growing. Chairs in the lounge all had dirty hand marks flooring was well stained. Tv did not have google tv functionality on it as advertised. We paid for two carpark spaces as our other guest were to arrive by their own vehicle but decided to bus into town. We were refused a refund for the second carpark. As they say the car parking operators don't offer refunds. Little redundant as the area we were to park in were specifically for hotel guests.
Having to sign a no party cause is a bit silly. As the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants.
Coffee for the cafe in the lobby was good though.

It was disappointing waiting for a lift due to it being used for servicing. More communication would be great including menu scans in the room and better pillows. Overall though it was a lovely stay which we throughly enjoyed. Great location in the city and very helpful staff.

Property was old and dated. I’m not sure how well cleaned the property was as items were in the wrong areas and lack of simple things like extra toilet paper. For the price paid I feel like I was ripped off. Messages to property after went unresponded to. I would not stay here again.

The room was overall really nice-great view of the city, plenty of space, nice bedrooms, modern bathroom. The only complaints we had was we had booked a 2 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 king bed, but they only had 2 queens available. They did compensate us with free breakfasts which was nice. They don't provide room service automatically, but provide towels when asked. Great coffee shop downstairs and nice staff.
