The room was a good pick, but the door would not close, so i had to wait for someone to fix it. The problem was that since we booked through hotel.com the signature hotel had to get an approval from stripview suites which they never answered and they never sent an approval to fix the door, I stayed for 4 days. 2 days i could not leav my room becUse of it. I missed 2 days of vacation stuck in a room until i decided to try and fix it myself. Door had a screw loose and was not letting the door close. I wasted 2 days and spend over $1,500 for this hotel.

Stay was fine. But I did not get room service they said because it was rented through a third party… bla .. bla .. bla the point is that I did not get room service. I think is disrespectful. My biggest comment.
The room was ok, but TV was not smart TV, the remote for tv did not change channels. Only one channel through the while stay
The bathroom is a bit clogged. As I said, the room needs some care.

Master bed was comfy. Mattress was a bit hard. Bathroom, including the bathroom sink needed deep cleaning- one of them kept getting clogged. Only on TV remote worked. Overall very close to all shops, casinos, restaurants etc. Good security and a proximity to every thing. Nice pools

Loved this so much! Have stayed with stripview before & it has always been an amazing experience! This room was nice because it was a surprise staycation for my bf’s bday. I loved that it had pots & pans, plates and everything to be able to cook in the room. Looking forward to my next staycay.

Everything about the hotel was great . My only complaint was there were 3 dead moths and 2 opened water bottles ( that were not ours ) in the refrigerator. No one came to clean and the representative didn’t want to give us at least a partial refund for the room not being completely clean .

We love the signature. A bit annoyed at the no daily cleaning and fresh towels availability. Had to pay a delivery fee . My son had an accident one night. Had to go to a laundry mat to clean the sheets .

Great suite in a non-casino hotel. It has a nice view and balcony, clean and well appointed. You can walk to the MGM Grand via enclosed pedestrian walkway and from there take the monorail up the strip. Golfers will appreciate that it's right next to TopGolf. Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly, too.

When checking in, I felt not welcomed because I reserved the room through third party. I had no choice to select rooms. We wanted our three rooms together or at least close to each other. But we had two at tower 3 and one at tower 2. The service was terrible, when requested extra towers or room cleaning, the hotel said extra charges are needed because we reserved the stay through third party.
Generallly, I will never book this hotel again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, which was a huge plus for me. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. One of the best features was its proximity to the Strip. It’s just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore all that Vegas has to offer. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect blend of cleanliness, excellent service, and prime location.

The staff was friendly. The carpet in the room was very nasty and they do NOT provide clean towels without a fee. We were here for 4days and when I requested clean towels and trash removed, I was told that there would be a fee. Because of this I will not be returning to Signature. Expecting someone to use the same towels for days on in is nasty.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay of 5 nights. It was a nice room with a balcony. Clean and comfortable. Our view was nice from 16th floor , tower 3. The casino was walkable to the MGM through an indoor walkway. Small casino but still nice. Of course everything from a water to food was expensive but thats everywhere in LasVegas. The pools were nice and not too crowded. We enjoyed it all.

My second time staying at the MGM Signature, first time with StripView Suites, it was absolutely perfect! Very clean well kept and very quiet for the family, ill be back for sure.

2nd stay here and it will be our go to accommodation in Vegas, although it’s a bit of a hike to the strip the space in the apartment makes up for it

Was allowed to check into room at 3pm (check in time) that was not cleaned and filthy. Upon notifying the front desk I was told rest assured we are doing everything possible to take care of this. Cleaners did not come until 4:45pm which was a 30 minute inconvenience as I was waiting to get settled into my room.

The property was nice, well furnished. Also came with the kitchen amenities, including plateware, utensils, cooking pot and pans, cutting board, and cooking utensils and knives. Sub-Zero fridge with ice maker and microwave were a nice touch (along with dishwasher). There was ample trashbags, a dish sponge, dish soap and dishwasher soap as well.
View was fantastic in Tower 1. Mild annoyance is the proximity to the dayclub, which is quite loud despite having the balcony door closed.
Beds are comfortable, although I would have liked more firm and bigger pillows.
The jacuzzi tub was fantastic and definitely got used during our stay.
We did need to walk a bit as this was not a part of the MGM Grand, so that was a mild downside but the overall perks of the room overshadowed that.

I was supposed to check in at 3p but the housekeeping wasn’t done until 5p. Which in turn I had to cancel my birthday plans due to not getting in the room on time.
