Really great hotel! Special thanks to Lawrence at the front desk who was so charming and helpful. Comfortable beds and maybe the best water pressure I’ve ever had haha. Thank you so much!

The staff was great! We loved that they had a billiards table and coffee shop at the facility. The decor was fun and very colorful.Would definitely stay here again.

The Graduate properties are always top tier.

Staff was very attentive. We had a leak on our drain and they were able to fix it right away. Overall would stay again when we visit the city again.

Love the staff at the Graduate. They were recently bought by Hilton - seems Hilton doesn’t honor the free parking perks. Luckily the staff member still honored this. Hoping Hilton doesn’t ruin such a great property.

Attached garage made it convenient for parking! Very close to the zoo. Wish bathroom had more counter space for hair appliances/toiletries

Wouldn't let us inside the building due to a "buy out" situation. Yold we could check in at 6pm. Even though why i was in Cincinnati to start with started at 5:30. Had to change clothes at McDonald's doen the road. Ended up canceling room and driving home.

This is my favorite hotel! Always my first pick if traveling to that area.

They did not clean the rooms very well trash was left and dirty sheets

We usually stay at The Graduate when we come to town. We like the area in which it is located.

A great hotel if you're looking for an easy place to park and a very comfortable room. The vibe is a bit Cincinnati-themed, but the furnishings are very nice. The nearby walking area isn't much, but parking is easy.

I stayed one night for an event. Upon arriving back to my room after the event ~10 pm, there was a note on the door asking me to return to the front desk. I returned to the desk and was told i was put in the wrong room and was asked to wait to the side. I waited 15 minutes and then security came and took me to my room (same room i was already in). He let me in and I then asked about keys. He said I wasn't getting keys and could prop my door with the lock if I needed to leave the room. Luckily I was just there to sleep so I didn't need to leave, but I thought it was strange. The next morning I looked at my credit card activity and saw I had a pending charge from the hotel, but I had prepaid through expedia. I asked about the charge at checkout and was told it would drop off. A couple days later the charge was no longer pending and was active so I called the hotel. I was transferred to accounting and left a message for Debbie (I think that was the name). I never received a call back and have now had to dispute with my credit card company. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this

I was very unimpressed with this hotel. There was a cockroach on the 8th floor where we stayed and when we told staff and manager about it, “he said they happen and they can’t do anything about it.” I was very surprised by this response and he got upset with me when I brought up this awful situation in a hotel. It was very sad considering the high price I paid for the hotel and then to have to more at the hotel for my parking and dog to stay there. This is a travesty and completely not worth the money I paid. I would like my money back for all of this. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Lawrence was exceptionally friendly and professional! Location was perfect for touring UC. Surrounding area was safe and tidy. Decor was modern and fun.

Charming hotel with fun decorations, lively artwork, and excellent themes. Room was huge, clean, and well appointed. I stay in some of the best hotels around the world a dozen nights a month and have to say this one ranks near the top. Loved it.

Great staff and clean rooms

I appreciate not being gouged for parking. The room decor is great.

We stay here a lot. First time the room was a little beat up. Little things were broken. The thing that we were really shocked at was there was a homeless person using the first floor rest room. The bathroom was disgusting. The person was washing themselves in the sink. The stalls were very gross.

The themed rooms are cool. Area is perfectly close enough and far enough away to all activities and restaurants.

We stayed for one night to see a show at Bogarts. We had an amazing stay. The hotel was very clean and close to the venue and other fun places to hang out and eat.
