Great location close to town centre with easy parking outside property

Apartment set up for 3 guests and we had a family of 4. Bedding was brought quickly for sofa bed but only had 3 chairs at table.

Really nice flat in apartment block. Well equipped for self catering. Had everything we needed and was clean. We stayed for a week and felt safe and at home. Great location close to Halifax centre and to walk to attractions.

It did not come with parking. There are places to park nearby but needed to re-pay daily prior to 8am. So was not ideal to park for the week. Was a bit complicated on how to dispose of rubbish and no clear recycling.

Good location, just about 5 minutes walk form city centre or railway station. Big apartment, warm, silent place, parking place right in front of the house on the street, comfortable flat

Please, add some shelf in the bathroom and some cleaning equipment in the kitchen, that´s the only thing we´ve been missing.

The apartment was beautiful and really spacious. It was in a great location for walking into town. The apartment was really comfortable. It was well equipped with all of the things we needed.

On the email confirmation it gave a code for a padlock on the carpark gate, on arrival we couldn't find the carpark and the only gate with a lock had a key padlock on it. We called for assistance but we weren't given any help. We had to park in a car park down the road. We couldn't get any channels on the TV so we had to watch Netflix, which wasn't ideal as we were travelling with a child. There was a slightly funny smell in the apartment but this became less noticable over time.

The tap in the bath didn't work

Whilst we had a few issues in the apartment, Orla was easy to contact and resolved these issues really quickly. She was friendly, helpfull and really made our stay fantastic.

The deposit was reserved and released on a weekly basis. Given that this was on an international card, it resulted in additional banking charges and continually changing deposit amount due to exchange rates.

hot water didn’t work properly and took a long time to heat up. Wifi also didn’t work properly. Not clear why this is sold as a serviced apartment when light cleaning and removal of bins is done by guests. Much cheaper and easier options available in town.

Manager was active and too quick to respond. Property was well maintained.

Price can be reduced a little. Extra garbage bag can be put in. for just 1-2 additional garbage, we had to go to shop and buy whole packet .

Difficult to carry luggage to third floor without lift. 4pm checkin and 10 pm checkout is not covinient.

Studio apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean, everything was brand new. There was plenty of hot water and kitchen was well equipped. Location was perfect for me, close to train station, town centre and to family I was visiting. Orla the property manager was very friendly and helpful.
