처음엔 별 기대없이 갔는데 시설이 깨끗하고 사장님이 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 가격대비 가성비가 좋고 빈셔틀을 이용하기에도 메인 출입구와 가까워서 편리했어요. 9명이 같이 갔는데 모두들 숙박이 편하고 좋았다는 평이었어요. 큰 호텔들과 비교하면 안되고, 이 곳은 게스트 하우스 개념이기때문에 그랜드 월드 안에 있다는것과 강 바로 앞에 있다는 이점이 좋아요.

Отель расположен в центре Grand world, что очень удобно, шоу можно смотреть прям с балкона.
Имейте ввиду, что это не отель, а скорее гостевой дом. Лифта нет, вместо него узкая лестница на 4 этажа и если у вас много багажа придется тащить его наверх по этой лестнице. Отель ооочень грязный, жили 3 дня, уборки не было ни разу, воды на 4 этаже не было 2 дня. В номере все «на соплях» сюда точно нельзя с меленькими детьми и брезгливым людям. На завтрак можно выбрать 1 блюдо из меню кафе этих же хозяев. Порция будет не большая, а напитки все за деньги! Так же воды питьевой в номере нет. Не ведитесь на красивую картинку и не большую цену, отелей вокруг очень много, лучше выбирайте другой.

Номер чистый, уборка регулярная. Есть холодильник, кондиционер.

The first building we stayed the attention was amazing. They cared a lot about the food, they were always with a smile... they were o nice with us

The house is not easy to find. When you arrive, you need to contact the renter. She will quickly reply to the message and come out to receive us. The house is very close to the bear museum and musical fountain at night. There are free tuktuk and shuttle buses to safari and vinpearl. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Thank you to your team for putting together a birthday set for my son and buying him a very nice and beautiful cake. Thank you for personally taking us to the bus back to the center, thank you for giving us a wonderful journey.

The area is pretty, vinwonders up the road is good day out
The area is very quiet until evening, even then there's very little going on. Breakfast was meant to be included but we were charged extra. The listing name is different to the name of the hotel (this made it inconvenient to find). There is no cold water (this was warm to hot, which is a health risk(legionella risk)). No fridge

The location in Grand world is nice. But it is for 2 days max. The personal in the hotel was nice.
The owner has two hotels on booking. The first one is Thien Y Homestay and Coffee Pacifik. I reserved room in the Thien Y Homestay, but I got room in Coffee Pacifik (Pacifik Homestay on the billboard). The room and bathroom was different. Also, I received free breakfast from booking but they were not aware of it. When I asked for the breakfast, I received information that they will give me breakfast after 9 AM and I received Pho Bo. It is not really breakfast for me. The main problem was that when we came back on 1st day, we had room full of cockroaches (no open windows). Tey moved us to different room the clean previous room and second day asked us to go back. I refused to pack my stuff again. I stayed in New room but they put everywhere poison against cockroaches so it was really smelly, so I was not able to sleep in the room. I asked them to cancel my reservation after 2 nights. It was disaster and I think that they have fake reviews. Otherwise, it is not possible to have such a good rating with this hotel.

The menu for breakfast not only was a good quality meal, but was priced fairly . The service in particular was excellent and very accommodating, good to our large party of 16 . We found the breakfast to be so good we ate at the Homestay every day of our visit.
To be honest every thing exceeded our expectations, we were pleasantly surprised. We liked everything.

I like to location. It’s close to VinWonders and Vin Safari and the view in Grand World is amazing.
