Most importantly I appreciate the cleanliness of the property. I love luxury real estate and cleanliness. Host was accommodating and available for concerns/needs. The home and decor are beautiful!!! Conveniently close by the airport and only about 30min from Miami with no traffic. The home accommodated all my guests. The property is gorgeous and I recommend booking. Thanks Chet!

I stayed in this property for what I thought would be a birthday celebration and ended up in the middle of a home invasion. The property profile did not disclose that this home was across the street from the projects. Myself along with my brother cousins and friends walked in from a night out to two masked gun men that demanded our money and jewelry. They then ran out the back door on foot. The police station 4blocks away took 10 minutes to respond. After hours of investigation and at least 3 phone calls to Expedia I still have no answers. Always do a google search and check the surrounding area when booking. Thank God we made it out alive!!

We took the property to do a family get together over Christmas Weekend. We were supposed to have a playground for the kids, that was broken and thrown around, was promised to be fixed the kids were waiting all 4 days and no one showed up. It was a cold weekend and we specifically took it for the hot tub outdoors but that was heating for 3 days and the temperature wasn’t going up enough to be useable. The fridge smelled like spoiled food had been left inside for a while, after being there 3 days it still didn’t get out and everything we put in the fridge came out smelling. We came with kids and expected to do laundry, the dryer was not working and not only could we not do our own laundry but we couldn’t wash towels and had no response from management so we were unable to shower till a day later. Electricity and internet was down when we were there, movie chill day at home turned into an expensive family day out as we had no choice and no TVs working at the home. Lastly, it was freezing, kids were getting sick and it was impossible to actually move around, No heating on the property. Some doors closed; children got locked in the bathroom as the doors were jammed.
