The property is not able to arrange tour trips. They can arrange taxis but not tour trips.

飯店門口顧客車子到達時的接待不到位，可能人手不足，需自己搬運行李，車流不順暢(車格停滿車)，碰上下雨車停路中下車淋到雨，待加強。

Absolutely stunning Hotel. Extra friendly and helpful staff. Saw many 5 Stars Hotels like the four season, mbs Singapore or the Edition in Manhattan but nothing can reach this Hotel. Got many extra like a huge complementary mini bar, fresh fruits every day, a huge breakfast with an order option. Additionally some extra gifts which I never expected.
I went also to two restaurants which had an incredible design.
Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very beautiful and modern design, It is highest building in China and 3d in the world. I stayed 95 floor, The view is wonderful. The service is perfect and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room is deluxe and big. The bed is so comfort. The restaurant of breakfast is there lots of choice and delicious. Under the hotel guide Mr Liu Tzo, I understand lots of story about the hotel details and he is nice person. The location is good and just near metro station, from there you can easy take metro line 2 to Shanghai 2 international airport.

The style and decoration were beyond all thresholds as well as the materials used (except for probably eco leather used for furniture). For those who admire Asian style luxury.
The windows in the rooms are shaded to protect you from the sun thus you don’t see the city lights in the evening = you miss all the spectacular views of Shanghai even if you are on the top floor.

The services, the quality of the food, and the environment of the breakfast are all very excellent. I hope to see more diversified western foods there.
I like everything there and look forward to seeing more non-Chinese foods.

staff was very helpfull, Mrs Haley helped us any time, view is uniq, this building is a wonder of XXI century, very good kitchen, reach breakfast, unbelivable filing to stay in a room, with 180 grad full view to city
because the tower plan dont has a usually lobby, or same big open place, the windows was dirty, its can be see on picture
