Property was exactly as advertised and provided exactly what we needed for our stay in Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed our stay while we were in town for AAU Taekwondo nationals

We had the pleasure of spending our family time for my younger brother's graduation at Yamil's property. I am beyond grateful for all that came with the stay. From the cleanliness of the property to the impeccable communication provided by Yamil, I am still in AWE!! I often visit the Ft. Lauderdale area and utilize hotels when doing so, but that is definitely a thing of the past!! I highly not only recommend this property, but I recommend any other properties that Yamil owns and operates. Thanks again for everything and know that you have a lifelong customer in me!! Well wishes!!

Check in was painless. Loved the open concept and we all agreed the private pool was much better then public and we could use it at anytime. Great little spot to sit outside where we spent the majority of our time when we were there. No mosquitos !! All modern appliances at our disposal, fridge with ice maker, washer and dryer and you could even use the oven as an air fryer. Easy access to everything, beach, shopping, Casino and especially the hockey game, a 20 min Uber trip. Airport was a 15 min trip as well. Overall, lots of room for 5 adults and so much better then staying in a hotel. Great spot, highly recommend.

Our family had a great time and the hosts were very responsive when needed. Cozy newly renovated home equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Private heated pool was a HUGE success! Grill provided with utensils was nice for a small family BBQ on the patio. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We had an awesome time in FL and our housing accommodations exceeded expectations . Thank you!!!

The property is as advertised. Spotless and updated. Loved everything about it, especially the pool and the video games. The welcome gift is also a nice touch. Check in and out was seamless. The hosts communicate appropriately - not too much, not too little. Highly recommend.

This property exceeded expectations. It was clean as a whistle, perfectly functional and aesthetically pleasing. The space os well-appointed giving guests privacy but also great communal opportunities. My family and I are looking forward to staying there again! Well done!

Overall stay was good. The inside of the house is clean. We had two adult couples and one adult child part time. We could have used more bath towels than what was provided. If you plan on lounging inside the house to watch tv, it is really only comfortable for a couple of people.

My stay here was very good. Owner left us a housewarming gift, house was clean with towels and extra toilet paper, and the process was made very easy with Yamil & Erica

Everything about this home is perfect! It had everything we needed. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the heated pool and the privacy in the backyard. It's such a quiet neighborhood. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The owner is wonderful! Extremely responsive. From the time I booked this property any questions I sent were answered in under five minutes. We will definitley stay here for all our future trips to fort Lauderdale. It's a 10++++

We had issues with the original property but were saved by the owners of this
Property. They accommodated us in our time of need and made the trip a success after a bad start from the other property. The extra service and little things around the property were really nice. House was a blast to stay in. Interior was updated and felt very homely and the pool was nice and well kept. Hosts were extremely accommodating, letting us arrive early on check in day and extending our check out time just enough to help us out. If we’re ever in the area we’ll definitely stay again, highly recommend!!

Our stay was short and extremely sweet. Warm invitation, tentative, and thoughtful hospitality. We all felt welcomed and safe right away. The location is fantastic. 5 mile radius to literally anything you want to do. State of the art amenities made for a spa like feel to the property. Will highly recommend!

Owner was fabulous to deal with...communication was excellent. Property was immaculate and pool area was a nice escape during our spring break. Will definitely be back!
