The door unlock application did not work on the phone but they issued a key Fob.

Staff are great, I had an issue getting in turned out to be my own fault, but even though it was late at night they came out to help me. Bed was clean and comfortable, wifi reached the attic room too.

Velux windows didn't have blinds so I woke up early, thankfully I always travel with a mask as you never know what you're going to get. Also one of them couldn't be fully closed, not a problem as weather wise slightly open was perfect, but could be bad in the winter. One of the bedside lights didn't work as it needed an extension cable to reach the plug. There was no mirror in the bathroom for shaving, thankfully there was a mirror in the bedroom that I moved in. The towels didn't smell freshly washed, I could be wrong but it put me off using them.

The bed was comfortable. The bedroom and shared lounge was was clean and tidy. The decor is modern.

The bathroom window does not shut. This meant the bathroom was too cold for us to use the shower or wash. The bathroom heater didn’t work. The bathroom window is not opaque enough, there’s too much visibility through the window, this put me off showering even if I could’ve due to the lack of heat. The room is next to a loud pub.

Lovely clean tidy modern place the bed was very comfortable,but we was very disappointed that we had to have a cold shower.and the bar next door was noisey on Saturday evening far too loud.
