This was a great fit for our multi-generational family. We had so many things to do outside of the house but also were able to come back to the house and have spaces where people could rest but also play tons of games and use hot tub. Some folks in our group needed a step ticket into the hot tub because they were shorter. The parking in the driveway is very tight and we bumped our car doors often on the side walls. The place was clean and working with rental with the view was amazing and they fixed the sink right away when we asked.

Very comfortable house with mesmerizing views of the airport, Coronado Island and Point Loma. The in-house arcade provided lots of fun for our grandson - and the rest of us, too!

Great communication and the place was as advertised. It was exactly as we needed for trying to get so many in one spot. The only downside was one of the TV's not working but luckily there is enough entertainment that it didn't affect us. It was very spacious as well, if you needed some downtime, you could do that without having to be surrounded by others. Highly recommend.

The home is very beautiful. We had 3 couples and it was very roomy. FYI- A couple of the downstairs bathrooms are configured where you have the shower going all over. Needed to have towels on the floor to stop the flow.🤷♀️ But there were a couple of extras showers to choose. The airport is close so I would bring earplugs, especially if your in the upstairs bedroom. Not sure how some of the other reviews said they didn't hear them. Planes start going off at 6:30. No alarm clock needed. 😁
The games kept everyone entertained on the rainy days and evenings. The driveway does get a little slick when raining so be careful. I would suggest you crank up the hottub early because it takes a few to warm the water up. Everything is labeled nicely. Host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay with Rental With a View again.

We chose Casa Blanca for our family trip. We had 7 adults and a 2-year old. The house was perfect for us. The close proximity to the airport was meeting different flights and transporting everyone to the house. Well equipped and plenty of space. The hot tub and game rooms were used daily. It was ideally situated for sight-seeing trips around San Diego. Everyone at Rental With A View was great to work with.

We planned a work retreat and decided to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel and we were very happy with this one. It was a great location and the owners did a great job with the game rooms. There was a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for us and snacks too! We did have trouble getting into the house (issue with keypad) but the keypad worked the rest of the time. Lastly, the home is very close to the I5 highway, airport and train and the noise did keep the light sleepers awake. Overall we enjoyed the home and had a great retreat.

I stayed here this past Easter weekend for my birthday and I have to say this was the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!! There were so many entertainment from all the different games, to the jacuzzi, to the amazing views from all around the house. We had everything and it was hard to ever leave. The showers were amazing, the beds are firm and nice, over all I would give this over 5 stars if I could. I would definitely come back to rent again down the road. AMAZING STAY!!!!

Mine and my families stay was great. The house was fantastic and lived up to the description. The views were great and we were able to get pictures just standing on the front steps. I would gladly come back and I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the fantastic stay.

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever had! Our whole group (3 adult couples) agreed.
There are all the obvious things you see in the photos, the amenities, modern home, etc. But there are other little things you can't see that make a world of difference:
* BED! This is one of my pet peeves with vacation rentals. You just never know how comfortable the beds will be. The beds (and bedding) at Casa Blanca are FABULOUS. Our whole group slept so well.
* SO MANY DETAILS! Rental with a View makes sure you know how to operate every appliance (or TV, AC, etc) by leaving little laminated cards by each thing, or a QR code which takes you to a "how to". I've never seen such excellent documentation. One time we had an issue that the card couldn't solve, so I texted and they were so responsive, replying in real time and getting us sorted out.
* LOCATION: I wasn't sure of the location going into this, but it turns out Mission Hills is like 10-15 minutes from everything. Really, perfect location.
They are clearly professionals in the world of vacation rentals. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Just wish they were in more cities! :)

We had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca! The kids were entertained with all of the many games. (Honestly the adults were entertained too!) the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out even with our large group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Would absolutely stay here again. Yes, it's close to the airport so you can hear the planes but we had a lot of fun watching them take off and land. Good times for all.

My son and his girlfriend, my daughter and her husband and 20 month old daughter and myself stayed at this wonderful home. It was very clean and the layout of the home, with every bedroom having its own ensuite, was outstanding. Having access to several outdoor spaces was really great and the hot tub was well used.
