Very accomodating when we asked to extend a few days when we added Mayo appointments.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 28 day stay Comfortable bed, comfy sofa, high definition TV with theater sound system. Covered Garage Parking was super convenient during winter weather conditions. Easy walk to the Mayo Clinic, Saint Mary’s hospital and Mayo clinic downtown. Check-in was super easy. Host was very responsive, very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend staying here, couldn't ask for more. We have already re-booked for another 29 day stay later this year, 5 stars!"

Great property conveniently located to Mayo Clinic.

Everything was great. I especially appreciated the kitchen appliances and the cleanliness. It felt homey and the host went above and beyond to make it comfortable.

Some rentals note cleanliness- this one proved it. Cancer patient on chemo- this one entity is a must- so thankful for this. It IS walkable to St. Mary's for family ( patients may still need a ride to the door). They were putting in a brand new drive during our stay but this also is huge with the cost of parking at local hotels. Mayo provides discounts at local hotels but you still pay a hefty amount for parking. Washer and dryer are IN HOUSE. Again, hotels offer washing but it's costly and usually hard to get your clothing washed. The kitchen has everything and appliances were clean. Bathrooms have tubs (no walk in showers) but the space is so ample that moving around to help others in/out is very easy. They provided so many little extra's ( toiletries, soaps, BR items, kitchen items) that were so appreciated. This is a gem of a rental- owners are quick to respond to emails and calls. Thanks for the stay and sharing your lovely place- it gave peace at a hard time in our lives.

Excellent location within walking distance (0.5 miles to Gonda bldg.) to Mayo. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Property updated and very clean. Pictures are very accurate to actual. Yasmine was very responsive and helpful during ouur stay. Would stay here again.

It was new, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our needs. Loved the location. Could walk to coffee shop, restaurants, clinic, downtown and walking trail/park. All under a mile proximity. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Kristen
