A group of friends stayed at Otley house for the weekend in December, a great location if you want to visit Cheltenham, it's on a residential street with free parking for those who are coming with 3 or more cars (we all lived in different directions). The walk from the centre is about 35 minutes, and there are some lovely shops in Bath Road as well as pubs along the way. The property had the necessary modern gadgets needed for your stay, ample size fridge/ freezer although there was an error message shown. I appreciate it was December however we all felt the house was colder than thought even though we had put up the heating. We managed to get a small heater for the front room delivered by our host on the Saturday. There is a fire in the front room however we didn't have access to the wood storage for the fire or knew how to start it, I had asked but didn't receive an answer. There is a fire in the kitchen area but on Saturday night we preferred to be in the lounge. I'm sure in the warmer months the house would be ideal, the garden is huge and has a lovely view.

Great place to stay. Lots of space, extremely clean, and clearly lots of effort has gone into making it a home from home.

Family of five with three young kids, we stayed for a week in August 2023 visiting family in Cheltenham. The property is well located, especially with kids as it's nearby a great little park and playing field with a great coffee shop. It's also close to Cheltenham town centre. Parking easy, check in and check out was all done via the lock box, so super convenient. Beautifully appointed house, with the most incredible garden. Highly recommended!
