The available staff at the Lobby to assist when needed. The size of the room big enough for 4 people. The toilet is so big and comfortable. The check-in process is quite easy and fast. You can just self check-in since its a private unit. The view from the balcony is so nice overlooking the beach.

The cleanliness of the whole room does not meet my expectation. The bedsheet got stains and looks old, should change to new bedsheet. The floor is dusty and got hair on the floor & bed upon check-in. The guard did not allow us to park in the parking building since its a private unit, therefore need to park at open space. But there was not enough parking so we had to park on the main road opposite the housing area.

First, the picture is misleading because you expect to stay in the water chalet but you're staying in the hotel Second, we can't use any facilities because they belong to the hotel. Third, the room is horrible. The paint starts to peel off from the walls

Dirty and smelly bedsheet. Rubbish not cleared. Toilet not cleaned. Owner gave wrong passcode to key and we waited 2 hours at lobby

The location and view was quite nice

I think the unit need to be refurbished and cleaned more better because the Aircond unit is not clean and the floor was also not very clean. There were 2 faulty plug points that could be hazardous. The key locker was also faulty when I first arrived but the maintenance guy managed to break it open to retrieve the key. It’s not really value for money if the unit is not maintained properly.

The room and the view is very nice and beautiful. Convenience parking and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We are not allowed to swim at swimming pool as when we registered our room no, they said that our room is not listed in their list. But nevermind, we managed to swim at the beach

We cant used the swimming pool because the unit was not directly manage by the hotel. Since one of my family also stay here, so we can enter the pool with their room number.

The room is spacious. I think it can fit up to 6 adults. The balcony has seaview. The room included all the basic amenities.

The jacuzzi tub feel a bit sticky. You cannot access to hotel pool and wifi, but the public beach is nearby.
