This was a great central location to everything we planned. 10 minutes to downtown baseball games and tour we did. Only 30 minute drive to Century City, a must visit. Beautiful area. House patio was very nice and spacious bedrooms, 6 individual with two seperate tv areas and plenty of sitting space.

Location is close to pretty much everything, easy access to highway 36 to Boulder and 36 to 25 to Denver. Deck was great. Owner was fast in responding, in fact even bought pots/pans when we brought the issue to their attention. The house is six bedroom, not nearly enough utensils/plates/glasses for that many bedrooms and/or seating in the TV room (one couch...the one you see in the picture). Inside was dirty when we arrived, towels were still in the dryer, and worse in the washer where they smelled. Bedrooms in the basement with low ceilings and small windows. I wish I could give this place 5 stars all down the line, the owner is SUPER nice, but just too many small things added up to a below average stay.

the space provided room for a large group with room enough so it didn't seem too crowded. the location is great for getting into Denver and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall, a good experience
